The Oldham County Environmental Authority Covered Bridge Wastewater Treatment Plant Decommissioning project includes construction of new facilities and upgrades to one existing wastewater pump station. New construction and upgrades include one (1) concrete wet well; one (1) concrete valve vault; one (1) emergency generator; two (2) pumps, including level control floats, guiderails, pump bases, discharge piping and valves; two (2) pumps, including guiderails and pump bases; associated yard piping, electrical, site work, paving, and demolition, removal, and hauling of existing equipment; and temporary bypass pumping and power. A 6-inch diameter pressure pipeline, approximately 2270 feet long, will be constructed from the Covered Bridge Wastewater Treatment Plant to the Albrecht Drive Lift Station. An 8-inch diameter pressure pipeline, approximately 2210 feet long, will be constructed near Crosshill Court Lift Station.

The program of work for which bidgs are to be submitted conists of the rehabilitation of 3 sewer pumping stations, replacement of 1 sewer pumping station, replacement of approximately 3,400 L.F. of 10-inch gravity sewer using pipe bursting method and rehabilitation of 87 four foot diameter manholes, including all related appurtenances as shown on the Drawings and described in the Specifications for the sewage collection system for the City of Louisa Kentucky.

Haggin Field Honors Housing is a new 600 bed dorm located on University of Kentucky’s campus next to the existing Haggin Hall. The new dorm will be approximately 160,000 sf comprised of 2 buildings that are 4 stories. The south building will have a wing that will consist of approximately 7800 sf basement. It will be a wood framed structure with floor and roof trusses. The bedrooms will be in a suite style with 4 beds sharing a common bath. the exterior facade consists of brick and aluminum storefronts. Site improvements include new site utilities and a plaza between the buildings.
Bid Package 2 includes the remaining scopes of work that have not been previously bid as part of Bid Package 1 or Request for Proposal 1 for the Haggin Field Honors Housing. The scopes of work that were previously bid were: Fire Protection, Mechanical, Electrical, Excavation and Site Utilities, Foundations, and Elevator.

Louisville Water Company is requesting Bids for the installation of 1,030 linear feet of 12-inch PVC water main along West Blue Lick Road between 2792 West Blue Lick Road and 2946 West Blue Lick Road. Also included with the project is the installation of 2 fire hydrants, the transfer/renewal of 11 customer services, and 1 meter exchange.
The work includes the tear off of existing roof memebranes, roof insulation, sheet metal, metal counter flashing and components as indicated. Install new rigid insulation and tapered insulation and SBS- Modified Bituminous Membrane System at metal deck areas. Install SBS- Modified Bituminous Membrane System over rigid insulation at lightweight concrete fill, as indicated and all metal components.
The work includes repair of the existing clay tile roof. Replace all broken clay tiles and re-secure loose clay tiles. Apply underlayment to ridge and hip stringers. Re-flash two (2) chimneys and copula. Re-finish windows in the cupola.

The scope of work includes the construction and/or furnishing of various items as listed in the Bid Schedule of this document, plus incidentals necessary to complete the work. The work is entitles the “Richmond Utilities Diesel Truck and Mounted Crane” and consists of the purchase and delivery of one (1) new 1-ton diesel truck fiteed with one (1) 6,500 ft. lb. electric crane and one (1) 2,000 lb. winch at the Richmond Utilities Otter Creek Wastewater Treatment Plant.

The scope of work consists of a full restaurant interior fit up. All mechanical trades will be required as well as glass/glazing, drywall/metal stud, rough carpentry, finish carpentry, tile, acoustic ceiling, painting, and roofing.

upgrade. The HVAC scope includes equipment and ductwork demolition, new welding

unit. Electrical includes re-feed of MCC and power distribution to new HVAC
equipment. Additional work includes structural steel modifications for rooftop
equipment support and metal building roof and wall penetrations.

Louisville Water Company is requesting Bids to provide all labor, rigging, tools, equipment, and materials to rehabilitate the existing open shaft Freight Elevators located in both of the Crescent Hill and Zorn Pump Station Boiler Buildings. The scope of work for both Boiler Buildings includes rehabilitating the eleavator cab, frame and rails for uninterupted operation as well as safety improvements which include, but is not limited to, caging, lights, telephone, ladders, painting and other work as noted in the contract documents. The Crescent Hill work will also require the demolition and rehabilitation of the concrete floor slabs accessing the elevator. Refer to contract documents, which include specifications and drawings, for further description of scope of work.
