This project consists of 5 separate buildings. Scope of work includes the existing shingle removal down to deck and installation of new metal panel roof system of 3 roofs (A, C & E), flute fill and PVC overlay of 1 roof (D), removal and replacement of 1 awning and the demolition of 1 canopy (J).

1. Remove existing roofing and underlayment to decking of 3 separate structures (A, C&E).

Phase 2 is an Architectural renovation and Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing upgrade. Architectural renovation consists of upgrading the exhibit spaces along the ramp at level 1 and Level 1, with new raised platforms, upgraded exhibit areas and railings along the ramp. It also includes removing the existing stair in the office area, and filling in the floor at Level 2. The existing Level 2 area above the offices is to be renovated and converted to an exhibit space. This works includes removing several walls and ceilings, and after the floor infill, new walls, finishes and MEP components are to be provided. Phase 2 includes New lighting and controls, an upgrade to the existing HVAC system to accommodate the areas affected by the renovated areas.
The Work includes replacing the existing roof systems on the Kentucky Artisan Center in Berea, Kentucky. Roof systems to be replaced include SBS Modified Bitumen membrane system, slate shingles replaced with asphalt shingles with a slate shingle appearance, and standing seam copper roofing replaced with concealed clip, pre-finished standing seam metal roofing. Cut limestone capstones will be cleaned throughout the entire facility. Small amount of aluminum storefront system will be replaced at roof gables.

Acquired approximately 11.69 acres of land located at 525 17th Street in Ashland, KY. This
property has been approved for $3.5 million in construction cost associated for this project.
The nearly twelve-acre parcel will be developed to provide additional parking capacity for the
facility. The acreage will create approximately 1560 spots in total. Phase 1 creating 560
parking spots and Phase 2 creating 1000 parking spots. Civil drawings are provided by
Westek Development for specific work requirements.
Louisville Water Company is requesting Bids for Furnish and Install 380+/- linear feet if 8” PC350 Ductile Iron Water Main, 2875+/- linear feet of 6” PC350 Ductile Iron Water Main, 210+/- linear feet of 4” PC350 Ductile Iron Water Main, 1715+/- linear feet of 6” C900 PVC Water Main, and 430+/- linear feet of 4” C900 PVC Water Main using traditional trench installation techniques. Also included with the project is the supply and installation of 12 fire hydrants, and the supply and transfer, renewal, relocation, or discontinuation of 120 customer services.

Marrillia Design and Construction is serving as Construction Manager at Risk for all three (3) Projects under a single master CM Agreement (AIA Document A133–2019), with separate Guaranteed Maximum Prices and project schedules established for each branch.
Project scope entails the replacement, repair, and upgrade of exterior Domestic Water distribution, Sanitary Sewer, and Storm Piping systems at Western State Hospital. The project base bid entails the installation of a new domestic water loop along with new fire hydrants to replace the existing system. New laterals will be provided and tied into existing building service entrances outside each building in a phased manner to minimize water disruption. An add alternate will entail various repair, replacement, and lining of miscellaneous sanitary sewer mains, laterals, and manholes. A separate add alternate will entail the replacement and lining of various sections of storm water piping. All project scope is located on the property of a secure, acute care adult psychiatric facility.

Lexington market, including healthcare, medical science, and campus departments. Any of these
projects could be candidates for the JOC program.
This project is for a partial restoration of the existing DYE House to stabilize the existing structure for Future renovations. Work includes, but limited to: Masonry restoration of the Limestone Foundation, new structural supports to support the second floor, addition of roof framing, excavate soil under partial areas and provide new joist.

The Project consists of the rehabilitation of an existing pump station, including installation of
new pumps, variable frequency drives, interior piping, valves, fittings, electrical and control
components, and related appurtenances. Work shall include removal and replacement of
specified equipment, testing and startup, and all incidentals necessary for a complete and
operational pump station.
The project will include selective removal of asphalt pavement, earthwork to accommodate lane widening for a portion of the existing skills track facility, full-depth asphalt installation, longitudinal asphalt edge key, and concrete curbing.
The project consists of selective roof overlay and full roof replacement areas. All areas will receive a cold-applied 2-ply modified bitumen membrane over 1/2″ cover board. Replacement areas shall be removed to the existing roof deck and reconstructed with various substrate assemblies, including combinations of rigid insulation, tapered insulation, and cover board. Tapered insulation shall be provided as required for positive drainage, including crickets and saddles.
Existing aluminum coping caps shall remain in designated areas, while new pre-finished metal coping caps shall be installed in others. New stainless steel expansion joint flashings shall be installed at existing locations.

transporting AMD from portal to roadside ditch. Revegetate area as directed by Engineer. No trees 3” diameter or greater will be removed.

The WHFRTC CHP Drainage Repairs Project includes the following major work items:
1.) Demolition
a. Shoring of all existing framing.
b. Removal of wood posts from grade level up to 3’. Complete removal of each post foundation.
2.) Structural Repairs
a. Provide a helical pier a minimum of 5’ into undisturbed soil and 2’ into new concrete foundation.
b. Provide new concrete pier at each column matching the depth of the removed foundation and extending 3’ above the existing final grade
c. Provide Simpson post base at the base of the remaining existing wood post that must be installed at the same time as the concrete pier
