Description

The work includes repair of the existing clay tile roof. Replace all broken clay tiles and re-secure loose clay tiles. Apply underlayment to ridge and hip stringers. Re-flash two (2) chimneys and copula. Re-finish windows in the cupola.

A complete set of plans and specifications is available for a non-refundable purchase of $60.00, payable to Lynn Imaging.

There will be a $22.00 shipping charge for each set shipped UPS Ground. There will be a $9.00 handling fee for the use of shipper numbers (Fed-Ex or UPS). Please note that delivery surcharges are subject to change.
