North Laurel Middle School
1. Remediation of existing pyretic soils within the building. Constructing new subsurface soils, concrete floor slabs and classroom walls along affected areas.
2. Demolition of the exterior facades of the existing Administration and Media Center wings. Constructing a new 19,060 sf addition and exterior canopy, consisting of structural slabs, grade beams, caissons, steel structure and masonry.
3. Excavation of existing paving, walks and grading. Construction of new parking, traffic routes, walks and grading and including new exterior site lighting.
4. Re-coating of existing metal roof and re-roofing of existing foam roof systems. Demolition of existing metal fascia and soffit panels. Constructions of new thermal envelop to include new metal fascia and soffit panels.
5. Demolition of existing interior floor and wall finishes. Repaiting, installation of new FRP panel wainscot, wall base and floor finishes.
