The project site is located at 226 Medical Plaza Ln, Whitesburg, KY. The bid is to furnish all
necessary labor, materials, tools, machinery, warranties, and all other items required to meet
the plans and specifications. Work to include, but not limited to: Interior and exterior concrete,
brick masonry, structural steel framing, interior finishes, 60 mil rubber roofing, aluminum
doors/windows, Electric, Plumbing, HVAC, casework, earthwork, grading, asphalt paving, and
storm drainage.
