City of Winchester – 5th Street Stream Restoration
The project scope includes demolition of 167 linear feet of 12’ x 4’ box culvert and earthworks associated with grading a
new open channel stream in its place. The project includes in-stream bank protection features such as a double boulder
revetment and a J hook vane. The project includes establishment of a new riparian buffer along the channel with native
trees, shrubs and wildflowers.
