This contract will include approximately 700 LF of new 8″ and 1225 LF of new 1 O”
Gravity Sewers, 11 ea. new 4′ diameter Manholes, 1200 LF 8″ CIPP Sewer
Rehabilitation, 10 ea. Manholes to be Rehabilitated, 25 ea. Sewer Service Lateral
Reinstatements, 11 ea. Point Repairs, 7 ea. Demo Existing Manholes, 1900 LF
Drain/Cap/Abandon Existing Sewers, 230 LF Heavy Duty Pavement Repairs, 700
LF Existing Sidewalk Replacement, 20 LF Residential Sidewalk Repairs, 130 LF
Driveway Pavement Repairs, Bypass Pumping as needed, Traffic Control as
needed, Erosion Control, Landscaping/Seeding/Mulching, Temporary Fence
Removal and Replacement, Clean-Up and Restoration, and all appurtenances,
materials and labor for complete and fully operational new and rehabilitated sewers
and manholes.
