The project is the renovation of selected existing toilet rooms in Clemens Fine Arts Building, Matheson Learning Resource Center, Rosenthal Hall, and Waller Hall on the campus of West Kentucky Community and Technical College. Work involves demolition of flooring, slabs, walls, doors, ceilings, partitions, plumbing fixtures, piping and related construction. New construction includes plumbing, fixtures, concrete slabs, resinous finishes, CMU walls, doors, painting, tile, suspended acoustic ceilings, toilet partitions and accessories, and related construction to provide compliant accessible routes and plumbing fixtures. The proposed work at Clemens Fine Arts Building and Matheson Learning Resource Center will be bid as Alternate Bids.
