Rebid of Bid Package 05 – Aluminum Entrances, Storefronts, Curtain Walls and Glazing
The New Phased Harrison County High School Phase 2 project will be for the construction of a new 216,300 SF two
story building constructed of Insulated Concrete Form (ICF), Structural Steel, Reinforced Concrete Block,
Aluminum Storefront and Curtainwall Systems. The exterior envelope materials consist of a combination of utility
size brick veneer, calcium silicate full bed building stone, cast stone, glass fiber reinforced concrete (GFRC) and an
EPDM Roof System. Interior materials consist of a combination of Terrazzo, Wood Sports Flooring, Luxury Vinyl
Tile Plank, Ceramic Tile and Resinous Flooring. Ceiling systems will include Suspended Acoustical Baffles,
Suspended Acoustical Ceiling Tiles with the primary system being exposed painted structure. The Harrison County
High School will have a 3000 seat Gymnasium and an Auditorium that will serve as an ICC-500 Rated Tornado
Shelter.
