Mountain Water District – Petty Fork Road (CR 1766) Over Left Fork Long Fork Waterline Relocation Project
The Project consists of construction services for the relocating and installing a portion of 4” waterline
that includes a 20 LF conventional road bore, ±210 LF of 4” Class 350 Ductile Iron Pipe, two (2) 4” gate
valves, creek crossing, and water related appurtenances near the intersection of Petty Fork Road (CR-
1766) and KY-3414 (Left Fork of Long Fork) Road in Pike County, Kentucky.
