The work to be done under this scope shall include, but not necessarily be limited to the installation of a new Conventional Steel/LGM Truss and Standing Seam roof system.
Existing conditions include 4” concrete roof deck, corrugated metal and concrete roof deck, 1”-6” insulation, masonry walls, and built-up/membrane roof system.
