This project includes the site development and construction of a new, 600-student high school on a property in Springfield, KY previously used as farmland. The 99,000 SF construction will include both one and two-story areas, and will be comprised of concrete foundation, exterior ICF bearing walls, interior CMU partitions, bar joists and steel decking, with both thermoplastic membrane roofing and metal roofing panels. The base-bid HVAC system will consist of a boiler and cooling tower, with add-alternate for a geothermal well field. Plumbing, fire protection, and electrical are also included.

The project provides for all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to provide in stream modifications and bank grading along approximately 1,600 feet of Middle Fork Beargrass Creek, remove approximately 2125 SY of existing asphalt path and reconstruct approximately 2425 SY of proposed concrete path, and other appurtenant work within Brown Park.
Good Samaritan Hospital Parking Structure is constructed of Precast and Pre-stressed Concrete Columns, Inverted Tees, Double Tees and Spandrels. Topping is field. The four floor structure holds about 330 parking spaces and spaces and was constructed around 1982.

The work includes the renovation of approximately 39,020 SF and the addition of 30,430 SF to the existing building at Meadowthorpe Elementary School, originally built in 1959 with building additions in 1962, 1974, 1978 and 1987. Work includes, but is not limited to, selective demolition, removal and replacement of mechanical systems including installation of variable refrigerant volume systems, replacement of existing electrical systems, fire protection, fire alarm systems, interior finishes (walls, ceilings, floors and base), doors, frames, door hardware, reroofing, site improvements and paving, renovation of the existing cafeteria for administrative offices and the addition of 30×430 SF containing media center, cafeteria and kitchen, gym platform, classrooms, entry lobby, vestibules and supprot spaces. The work effort will be executed in two phases beginning in June 2012 and ending November 2013 and the school will be occupied during the course of the work.
A dry stone fence along a portion of Old Frankfort Pike in Lexington, KY which is designed to mimic an existing dry stone dence found on the property opposite of Old Frankfort Pike. Work items shall include the construction of approximately 558 linear feet of dry stone fence, construction staking, demolition of existing retaining wall portion, earthwork, sediment and erosion control measures, and site restoration.
This project primarily consists of the removal and replacement of approximately 48,000 SF of roofing material at Auburn Elementary in Logan Co KY. The successfully contractor shall remove the existing adhered EPDM systems and applicable insulation and board system down to the existing corresponding metal and/or cementitious-wood fiberboard decking systems. Contractor shall also prepare and adjust as needed existing vents, curbs, gas liners and other roof top items to receive the new insulation, recovery board, and roofing systems. Contractor shall also provide and install new thermoplastic membrane roofing and polyisocyanurate insulating systems that will provide a 20-year no-dollar limit roof warranty.
The scope of work consists of a full restaurant ground up build. All mechanical trades will be required as well as glass/glazing, drywall/metal stud, rough carpentry, finish carpentry, tile, acoustic ceiling, painting, and roofing.
