The Newtown Campus of Bluegrass Community & Technical College located at 500 Newtown Pike in Lexington (Fayette County) seeks to expand provide additional campus signage for identifying buildings and streets within the campus. shelter will be provided. The project is a high-performance building with geothermal heating and cooling
