A short duration outage will be used to cutover to the new service arrangement. Coordination with American Electric Power, Whayne Power Systems, and District Twelve Office personnel is required. All work will be preformed outside the District Twelve Office building and in the main electrical/mechanical equipment room. Eighty calendar days will be allowed for the construction.
