The Project consists of Gymnasium Renovation to the existing East Carter High School located on 405 Hitchins Road, in Grayson, Kentucky. The single story structure’s gross area is approximate 20,450 square feet. Renovation work in this project shall include: Installation of new bleachers on the Mezzanine floor level, including electrical work, furring, insulation, drywall and painting of walls behind bleachers and treatment of the mezzanine floor. Demolition and removal of existing mezzanine bleachers. Paint remainder of Gymnasium walls (exposed to the playing floor) including the major structural frames overhead. Two new primary basketball goals with supports and operators, and replacement of four (4) exisitng electric operators, motors and controls on all goals
The Greenup County Fiscal Court will recieve bids from qualified contractors on a historic renovation project. Contractors must be qualified and have documented experience working on historic building projects

The project involves new construction of an approximately 3,400 square foot building plus an additional 2,000 square feet as an alternate bid item. The primary structural systems are metal stud load bearing walls and truss roof framing. The roof consists of standing seam steel panels. Openings in the exterior include aluminum framed storefronts, sectional overhead garage doors, and hollow metal doors and frames. Steel siding and brick veneer is the exterior cladding material for the building. The interior finishes include ceramic tile, polished concrete, painted gypsum wall board, resilient wall base, and gypsom board ceilings. The mechanical system will include a high efficiency heat pump with heat recovery for fresh air intake. Electric unit heaters will be used in the garage portion of the building. The rest rooms include convential fixtures and in both mens and womens. In addition to building electric service, a generator transfer switch, and IT wiring and components are included.
Louisville Water Company is requesting Bids for the installation of 730 linear feet of 16-inch DPW water main using traditional trench installation techniques, 390 linear feet of 16-inch DPW water main using the lay-in-place method, and 30 linear feet of 12-inch DPW water main using traditional trench installation techniques along Shelbyville Road between 15600 Shelbyville Road and 15712 Shelbyville Road. Also included with the project is the installation of 2 fire hydrants, the transfer/renewal of 2 customer services, and 2 service discontinues.

The Project consists of interior and exterior renovations to the historic State Arsenal building located at 125 Main Street, Frankfort, KY, for use as the Kentucky Military History Museum.
Interior Work: Rehabilitate the following rooms and spaces, complete including operational mechanical and electrical work and finishes. Exterior Work: Perform sitework including alteration of existing exterior concrete retaining walls, stairs, and sidewalks; and new asphalt, concrete, and unit paving, pipe railings, fences, and landscaping.
The project scope includes coring an existing manhole, placement of approximately 1,400 linear feet of PVC pipe, and installation of seven proposed manholes. Also included in the scope will be construction of an encased stream crossing and placement of an 8 inch diameter stub for future connection.
The project scope includes construction of approximately 2,509 linear feet of 15-inch gravity sewer line, 687 linear feet of boring 24-inch steel encasement pipe, and appurtenances.

Contract 21 will consist of the construction of approximately 42,500 linear feet of 12 inch waterlines and the installation of two (2) booster pumping stations. The contractor shall furnish all materials, equipment and labor necessary to complete the construction of the waterline, appurtenances and reclamation.

The project consists of interior restroom selective demolition and renovation. Demolition includes removal of CMU wall construction, plumbing fixtures and showers. New restrooms consist of separate restroom and shower facilities for men and women within the existing building. New construction includes metal studs, drywall, ceramic tile, tile backing panels, toilet accessories, plumbing and electrical work.
The project includes base bid material and labor to remediate sink holes identified in plans, plow existing designated fields, disk the field four times, and drag the field four times. No significant cutting or filling is proposed for any portion of this project. Two alternates with include seeding and strawing the disturbed areas, and providing a new hose bib and water line to water the disturbed field areas.

This project consists of the construction of an Area Technology Center built onto the Clark Co High School that is currently under construction. The new Area Technology Center will be approximately 41,000 SF. The building will contain standard classrooms and specialized lab spaces for Automotive, Welding, Health, Information Technology and Industrial Maintenance. The building is a one-story building with double height spaces for labs. Walls consist of CMU load-bearing construction with natural limestone and brick veneer. The roof will be a single ply thermoplastic roof system over lightweight concrete. Interior sinishes include painted CMU and gypsum board; ceramic tile, terrazzo, lay-in accoustical ceiling. The HVAC system will be tied into the existing geothermal well field.
