Work of the Project includes new construction of a 3-Bay Storage Building, destroyed
by a tornado in March 2012. The building has (1) split-face CMU walls to 6’-0″ with
wood stud framing continuing to roof system; (2) roof rafters are wood I-joists; (3) walls
and roof to have plywood sheathing/deck with manufactured metal siding/roof panels;
(4) overhead garage doors and hollow metal door/frame; (5) reuse of existing concrete
slab as floor surface inside new storage building. Work also includes limited electrical
work required for convenience outlets, and new interior/exterior lighting, as shown on
the Electrical Sheets.
The scope of work will include installing new HVAC in select communications rooms to accommodate the new heat loads, providing additional power receptacles for the UPS equipment, and upgrading the data network in the clinics. Also includes are new data and power outlets located throughout the clinics. The project also includes the expansion of an existing telecommunication room and all associated painting, patching and finish work with the installation of new devices and construction.
The project consists of replacing eight side by side corrugated metal pipes with a bridge on Gaines Road in Scott Co, KY and reconstructing the approaches and installing guardrail.

The project consists of the remediation and reconstruction of an existing dump site southwest of Wilmore, Kentucky. The work includes, but is not limited to, site clearing and grubbing, grading, excavation and relocation of waste, soil cover, access road construction, drainage channels, erosion control, woven wire fence installation, revegetation, and all appurtenant work necessary to complete the waste cover.
The project consists of renovation of approximately 975 SF of exam, office and multipurpose space in the existing building and conversion to a dental clinic.
The primary scope of work includes the installation of 449 feet of 8-inch PVC gravity sewer, 378 feet of 24-inch RCP gravity sewer, 814 feet of 14-inch DI force main, 7 sanitary sewer manholes, 538 feet of 6-inch PVC waterline, 961 feet of 18-inch raw waterline, and 852 feet of 12-inch, 16-ince, and 36-inch steel casing pipe, and related appurtenances.

The roof is approximately 5,400 sf. including a 300 sf in 4 areas of flat roofs. The main
roof includes both gabled and hipped roofs with painted wood fascia, gutters and
downspouts. Total roof perimeter is 366 lf. The existing roof will be removed down to
the sheathing. Any damaged or deteriorated roof sheathing will be replaced with 3/4″
exterior plywood sheathing. A new asphalt shingle roof will be installed at sloped roofs
over ice and weather shield covering the entire roof. Existing gutters and downspouts
shall be replaced with continuous aluminum .032″ Kynar finished gutters and
downspouts tied into existing drainage as possible or new splash blocks draining to
grade away from the building foundation. Fascia boards shall be replaced with
prefinished fiber cement board materials. Flat roofs shall be re-roofed with a 2-ply
modified bitumen membrane adhered with cold adhesive. Also included; remove and
replace siding at front and rear entries and tuck point brick at turret.
Consisting of the construction an/or furnishing of items as listed for the replacement of approximately 193 LF of 24″ sanitary trunk sewer locations on the No 16 hole at the Andover Golf and County Club approximately 1 mile east of Todds Road of of Gingermill Lane.
The scope of work consists of a full restaurant interior fit up build. All mechanical trades will be required as well as glass/glazing, drywall/metal stud, rough carpentry, finish carpentry, tile, acoustic ceiling, painting, and roofing.
Louisville Water Company is requesting annual unit prices for necessary labor, equipment, and tools to excavate, connect, backfill, and otherwise install, renew, or discontinue the aforementioned water service connections. This unit price Master Agreement will be for one year with an option to renew up to four (4) additional one-year terms at the sole discretion of the Louisville Water Company. The Consumer Price Index will be used as the cost adjustment factor.
This project includes a synthetic football and soccer field with a pressbox and grandstand seating for 2000 on the home side and seating for 500 on the visitor’s side. There is a softball field with dugouts and seating for 200 along with a football practice field. A fieldhouse is part of this project that includes two locker rooms, public toilets, a concession stand, a training room, storage and office area. Sports lighting is also part of this project.

The main Bowling Green Technical College campus currently utilizes 4 entrances. Entries 1, 3, and 4 consist of chain link fence/gates and outdated campus signage. Entry 2 consists of brick walls, an ornamental swing gate, and the main campus sign. This project will remove all existing brick walls, chain link fence/gates, and outdated campus signage and create a ‘central theme’ with the new Main Entry that all of the other entries will mimic. The entries will consist of new brick walls with precast accents along with new ornamental gates. New ornamental fencing with brick columns will link Entry 1, 2, and 3 together along Loop Drive. The new entries are designed to follow a hierarchy in order to establish the ‘Main Entry’ from the ‘Secondary Entries’ without the small portable signage that is currently in place.The signage standards that are implemented at the Main Campus shall also be implemented at the Glasgow Campus and Kentucky Advanced Technology Institute [KATI]. The campuses mentioned above will receive new main entry signs that mimic the signage installed at Entry 2 of the Main BGTC Campus.This project will also accommodate the potential for future widening of Loop Drive which could impact entries 1, 2, & 3 if not accounted for.
The Project consists of Gymnasium Renovations to the existing West Carter High School located on 365 West Carter Drive in Olive Hill, Kentucky, 41164. The single story structure’s gross area is approximate 20,450 square feet. Renovation work in this project includes: Installation of new bleachers on the Mezzanine floor level including electrical work, wall furring, insulation, drywall, painting of new drywall walls behind bleachers, and re-finishing of the Mezzanine floor. Demolition/removal and disposal of the existing Mezzanine bleacher system shall be by the Owner (Base Bid) or by the Contractor (Alternative Bid). Other work under Alternative Bids includes: Painting selected existing Gymnasium walls that are exposed to the playing floor; painting selected overhead structural roof frame members; replacement of two primary basketball goals with new goals, supports, operators, motors and controls; and replacement of four (4) existing electric operators, motors and controls on remaining practice goals.
