The project is an upgrade of selected campus areas to make them ADA accessible in
compliance with the Kentucky Building Code and ADAAG current guidelines. This work
occurs in two campus areas and consists of; earthwork, concrete retaining walls,
concrete walks and steps, brick veneer masonry over CMU units, cut stone wall caps,
wood framing/decking, exterior gypboard soffits, break metal flashing, fascia and rain
drainage system, TPO roofing system, lighting, painting and asphalt paving, patching

Work will consist of reclamation work on approximately 65.65 forfeited acres of mine
land in CLAY County, Kentucky. The work will consist of earthwork, pond removal,
and revegetation of approximately 24 acres of disturbed land, among other items, on 4
bond forfeiture permits.

The project consists of the construction of approximately 15,521 SF new Pharmacy and Training Center building that will be built on the campus of Rood and Riddle Equine Hospital. The Project consists of construction of a two story brick veneer building with concrete slab on grade, wood framed walls, wood engineered “I” joist and steel frame second floor framing, with wood truss roof system. The work consists of constructing approximately 3,806 linear feet of 6-inch water line that will be divided into three projects. This contract will provide the necessary labor, materials, and apprutenant items necessary to complete the construction.

This project will provide and install a new UPS system in the existing KET Building. As a part of this project, we will also replace the existing automatic transfer switch, provide new panelboards, and reroute existing loads.

The project consists of interior demolition of an 8,000 sq. ft. office building. The demolition will cover all HVAC, plumbing and electrical back to the panels. All interior walls interior furring on exterior walls, floor covering, ceiling tile and grid will be demolished. Exterior walls will have selective demolition to accommodate new windows, doors and storefront system. Selective site demolition will encompass demo of asphalt parking 5’ from the building and existing mechanical pad and foundations. New construction will entail interior metal stud walls with gypsum board, new acoustical ceiling, carpet tile, vinyl composition tile, paint, insulated aluminum windows and insulated aluminum storefront, casework, plumbing fixtures and HVAC system. New exterior construction will consist of a new entry canopy, limited landscaping and new side walk and parking lot stripping.

The work shall generally consists of: Replacement of a sanitary sewer pump station, including control panel and all accessories, within an existing wet well.
Water Treatment Plant Improvements City of Monticello
Water Treatment Plant Improvements City of Monticello
Expansion of the Monticello Water Treatment Plant to 4.5 million gallons per day. The construction will include the conversion of the existing operations building to a new chemical feed building, conversion of the existing tube settlers to flocculators and plate settlers, a new membrane building, and sludge lagoon.
The project shall consist of constructing additional Portland Cement Concrete pavement to increase the width of the taxiway to 75 feet. Work includes earthwork, drainage, electrical and sodding.
The project includes the construction of four new structures, new football field lighting and related site work. The new structures are: Alternative School and Field House building to include classrooms as well as athletic locker and training spaces; Restroom and Concessions building; Softball Press Box buildingl Bleachers of metal and aluminum construction on concrete footings with fully enclosed prefabricated 420sf press box.
The project consists of a 8,750 SF, one story office building, with frame construction on a slab on grade, and with stone veneer, synthetic plaster, and a shingle roof. The site of the new building is on KY Route 321, just north of Prestonsburg.

This project includes removal of existing sound system, house/stage light fixtures and installation of new sound system, house/stage light fixtures in the Auditorium. Project scope includes installation, power and control wiring and integrating new light fixtures into the existing lighting control system.
RFB-28-13 Consequence Management Building Site Prep

This project is for the construction of an earthen building pad and two detention basins for a proposed warehouse building. This project is for the building pad and related drainage only and does not include the warehouse building or pavement. The site is located at the Northern side of Bluegrass Station, on the South side of the Tactical Road. Approximately 138,512 cubic feet of material (excavation) is required for the pad construction.
RFB-21-13 Roof Replacement Science Building Southwest Campus

The work consists of replacing roofing on the roofs of the Science Classroom Building
located on the Southwest Campus of Jefferson Community & Technical College in
Louisville, Ky.
The Science Classroom building roof system is approximately 19,500 sf and is
comprised of a coal tar pitch and 4-ply membrane with ballast over 5 1/2″ of fiberglass
insulation on top of metal decking. Structure and deck slopes to drain at 1/8″ foot to
achieve drainage. This system shall be removed down to the roof deck and replaced
with a new roofing system comprised of 2-ply modified SBS roof membrane over two
layers of 1 1/2″ thick polyisocyanrate insulation and 3/4″ perlite cover board. Flashing
will be foil faced modified type on parapet walls. In addition; parapet flashings shall be
replaced with new SBS foil faced flashing that extends over the top of parapet walls
and parapet caps shall be removed and replaced with new pre-finished metal cap.

AML elected to regrade the slide area to achieve design slopes and construct gabion walls to restrain the regrade material above it. Also, close the mine portals and construct appropriate drainage and sediment control. To minimize erosion from the site, straw bales will be utilized.
All areas disturbed as result of any construction activities shall be revegetated in accordance with regional, regulatory and project standard, using agricultural limestone, fertilizer, seed (General seed mix), mulch and netting. For continued description, see Special Conditions.

Most of the removed rock from the gabion walls will be used to backfill behind the proposed concrete gravity wall. Any excavated onsite material will be placed in the waste area across from the road on the property of Jerry and Sheila Little.
Site preparation for the areas includes clearing of vegetation, removing any existing drain pipes, gabion baskets and disposal of any trash and domestic debris within the project limits. To minimize erosion from the site, straw bales, silt fence and rock checks will be used. All areas disturbed as a result of any construction activities shall be revegetated in accordance with regional, regulatory and project standards. For continued description, see Special Conditions.
The project encompasses a 2,780 square foot renovation of the Second Floor of the Warren Wright Medical Plaza to accommodate the relocation of the Orofacial Pain Clinic.
