This project is consisting of the construction and/or furnishing of various items as listed in the Bid Schedule beginning on P-7 part III, form of proposal, of this document, the various sanitary sewer system rehabilitation work in Lexington-Fayette County, Kentucky at work sites to be determined.
The project scope includes removal of all existing Voice/Data Cabling in the existing Pulaski County High School. Existing wall cabinets and floor racks are to be removed and turned over to the owner. New Cat6 cabling infrasturcture will be proviede through out the facility, providing new racks and wall cabinets, along with wire management at each MDF/IDF location, and cable traydistribution through out the corridors. The classrooms shall be fitted up to accept interactive whiteboard system, as well a providing of a A/V box at teachers location.

The project scope includes renovation to provide material and labor to demolish existing and provide new work for an existing set of public restrooms at Logan County High School which is to include new plumbing fixtures, new resin countertop lavatories, new partitions, ceiling tile and grid, lighting, ceremic flooring tile, paint and other applicable finishes to complete the project. The project also consists of a renovation of a second set of restrooms identified as Alternate #1 in the contract documents.
This project scope consists of material and labor to demolish existing and provide new work for installing a new set of lower level bleachers on each side of the Logan County High School Gymnasium shown in the contract documents. Electrical work necessary shall also be provided.
The project involves the development of approximately 150 acres for recreational use, including baseball, softball, soccer,and football fields and thier associated utilities, buildings and roadways.
