The improvements to the exterior of the facility will consist of new ADA ramp, new stairs, new sidewalks, entry façade canopy, landscaping, new exterior stone masonry, new cap stone on exterior walls and roof repairs for new mechanical equipment.
The majority of the improvements are to the interior of the facility and consist of lobby upgrades, terrazzo flooring, ceramic tile in dorm restrooms, casework in dorm rooms, aluminum exterior window system, exterior storefront, and V.C.T. flooring in dorm rooms. All painting is to be by owner.
The fire protection is revised and extended to match the new work with a dry pipe system added for the unheated spaces. New plumbing fixtures are installed throughout the facility including new water closets, sinks, shower valves and drains. The most of the recently renovated fan-coil units remain with new spaces having new HVAC installed. A new back up steam boiler and heat exchanger are included. New outside air and exhaust are being provided by a new unit located on the lower level. A new electrical switch board is installed to replace the outdated existing board. The fire alarm system is being replaced and the residence rooms receive additional power, voice, data and TV services. Wireless communication is added throughout the facility.
Lighting Replacement (Scott Co), Scott County Rest Areas

Light fixture replacement at the North and South bound Rest Stop buildings in Scott County (District 7) on I-75; mile point 127.050. The work includes the replacement of exterior and interior lighting which requires the removal, disposal and abandoning of some existing electrical items.
The work will consist of the installation of a new booster pumping station, telemetry, electrical service, etc. The pump will be connected to the existing water line located along Route 160 in the Brinkley community of Knott County. The Contractor shall furnish all materials, equipment and labor necessary to complete the installation of the pump station, appurtenances and reclamation. Time of completion of the project will be 120 Calender days.
The scope of work includes the removal of the existing sewage package treatment plant after constructing three (3) new earthen wastewater wetland cells and the and the installation of a new wastewater treatment facility and associated piping.

The project scope includes removal of all existing Voice/Data Cabling in the existing Pulaski County High School. Existing wall cabinets and floor racks are to be removed and turned over to the owner. New Cat6 cabling infrasturcture will be proviede through out the facility, providing new racks and wall cabinets, along with wire management at each MDF/IDF location, and cable traydistribution through out the corridors. The classrooms shall be fitted up to accept interactive whiteboard system, as well a providing of a A/V box at teachers location.
