Gross floor area is 26,884 square feet, including basement. A detached, one-story gymnasium is also on the property. The gym was constructed in 1928 and renovated in 1980. The floor area of the gym is 5,073 square feet. To improve energy efficiency and building performance, a variable refrigerant volume system shall be installed to replace the current steam boiler heating and thru-the-wall air conditioning systems.
