The project involves re-roof work on center bay of a located at Bluegrass Station in Lexington, KY. The two side bays have been reroofed recently. The existing approximately 63,000 square foot roof to be removed is an ballasted EPDM single ply system on metal deck. There is reason to be believe that a significant amount of the metal deck shall need to be replaced. The new roof system is at the contractors choice either EPDM, TPO, or PVC single ply system that is fully adhered over a 1 1/2″ rigid board insulation. The ballast will be disposed of on site.

The site is located at Smiley Fork Road, approximately 4.6 miles from the junction of US 23 and KY 3496 South of Pikeville. This is a SMALL COAL SET ASIDE PROJECT.
