The existing approximately 63,000 square foot roof to be removed is an ballasted EPDM single ply system on metal deck. There is reason to be believe that a significant amount of the metal deck shall need to be replaced. The new roof system is at the contractors choice either EPDM, TPO, or PVC single ply system that is fully adhered over a 1 1/2″ rigid board insulation. The ballast will be disposed of on site.
