Exterior masonry walls to be rebuilt along top courses, damage brick replaced, exterior repointed and painted. Aves and boxed-in gutters are to be replaced. Original exterior wood trim shall be salvaged and reused. Carpentry repairs to deteriorated portions of window and door frames as well as miscellaneous carpentry to complete the selected renovation work.
