Description
Nicholasville Elementary School Renovation/Addition
Work of the Project includes renovation of 69,300 GSF of all portions of Nicholasville Elementary School located at 414 West Maple Street in Nicholasville, Kentucky. The work shall be phased to allow Owner occupancy and operation during the normal 2012 -2013 school year. The Owner will not occupy the building during the 2012 and 2013 summers.
The project requires comprehensive renovation of approximately 100% of the existing building and all sides of the site. The work includes removal of significant portions of existing interior walls and limited removal of exterior wall construction. The roof structure over the existing stage is scheduled to be removed and replaced with new floor structure for a mechanical room at a slightly lower elevation than the existing roof. The roof over the new mechanical room will follow the same roof lines as the existing Gym gable roof. Renovation work includes, but is not limited to removal and replacement of existing windows, doors frames, interior finishes, mechanical and electrical systems. Site work includes earthwork, grading, drainage, chain link fencing, walkway covers, and asphalt and concrete paving to accommodate new vehicular drive and parking areas.
The project will be divided into four primary phases of construction.

A CD of plans and specifications is available for a non-refundable purchase of $150.00, payable to Lynn Imaging.
There will be a $30.00 shipping charge for all sets shipped UPS Ground. There will be a $9.00 handling fee for the use of shipper numbers (Fed-Ex or UPS). Please note that we ship Fed-Ex only on a customer's shipper number and that delivery surcharges are subject to change.
