This project consists of adding stainless steel hand sinks, floor drains, hot water booster heaters, single temperature wall boxes, pot fillers and associated braided stainless steel flexible hoses. All electrical work related to be a part of this project.
This Work includes the construction of a 2,000 sf office building at 216 Old Sweet Owen Rd, Owenton, KY 40359. The building is slab-on-grade with wood framed walls on C.M.U. stem walls on poured concrete spread footings, with vinyl clad double hung wood windows, R-19 batt insulation, shop-fabricated wood trusses, asphalt shingle roofing, and fiber cement siding. Typical floor finish to be vinyl composition tile, typical wall finish to be painted gypsum board, typical ceiling to be suspended acoustical tiles.
