PROJECT DESCRIPTION: This project replaces the HVAC units in the library, the dining room, and the ballroom. Existing ductwork will be modified to connect the new units. Controls on all three (3) systems will be updated.
ALTERNATE 1: Clean all supply, return, and outside air ductwork, for the library, dining room, and ballroom HVAC units.
ALTERNATE 2: Replace the damaged fan and motor in the billiard room HVAC unit,
and verify operation of a new fan.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
The new elementary school will be built on 26 acres, to accommodate 750 students. Classrooms, media center, gymnasium, cafeteria, kitchen, administrative area, and other supporting functions will have a combined total of approximately 81,000 gross square feet.
The Elementary School consists of two (2) academic wings that radiate from a central hub consisting of the main entry and administration area, gymnasium, cafeteria and media center. The two wings consist of resource and regular classrooms from pre-school to grade 5. Access is provided from the pre-school classroom to a separate play area, and the corridors have two entries out to a larger play area and soccer field for grades kindergarten-5th grade.
The building is constructed of perimeter spread footings and stem walls, slab-on-grade, block interior walls and brick veneer walls or metal siding, metal roof deck and joists, standing seam metal roof and modified bitumen roofing systems. Aluminum entrances, storefront assemblies, windows and curtain-wall systems are to be provided for the building. Separate drive loops for buses, students and faculty are to the east and south of the building. The mechanical systems include a heat recovery VRF system with packaged make up air and outdoor air units. Remaining systems include LED lighting, electrical systems, plumbing, fire protection, fire alarm systems, and commercial kitchen equipment. Construction is scheduled to begin April 2018 with Substantial Completion in June 2019.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
The Brachytherapy Expansion project includes excavation, expansion, and
modification of existing basement spaces between Markey Cancer Center, and
Pavilion H as part of an overall expansion of radiation medicine in UK Healthcare. This
project includes preparation, reception, and installation of a new Varian linear
accelerator and renovation of existing treatment spaces and waiting areas.
The project consists of two components: an exterior repair and an interior repair.
The exterior component consists of a partial copper roof replacement of the Barrel Roof, lower area, as indicated on the drawings. Remove portion of copper roof system, as indicated, down to existing roof substrate. Repair substrate as required, apply new underlayment and install new lead coated copper roof sheets, tying back into existing copper roof system. Anchor to substrate and solder all vertical and horizontal joints, laps and seams. Provide new PVC coated metal components; e.g. metal counter flashing, edge metal, etc.
Clean debris from roof surface and install mechanically attached new PVC roof membrane on upper flat section of metal roof, as indicated on the drawings.
The interior component includes the repair of the Barrel Vault ceiling areas and structural tubes that have been water-damaged by the roof leaks. Repair of the water damaged Gypsum Ceiling Panels, with materials matching the existing, will be completed first, followed by the application of a primer to the repaired Ceiling area as well as the Structural Tubes, followed by two finish paint coats to the entire Ceiling and Structural Tubes. The repaired Ceiling areas must also have a light sand finish aggregate surface that matches exactly the texture of the existing Ceiling.
Provide cutting table exhaust hood and associated duct, fan and gases in Traditional Welding Labs 121, 122 and Pipe Welding Lab 123. Provide exhaust system and modify gas supplies in HVAC Technology Lab 107. Refer to drawings and specifications for details and additional information.

required for new unit to have factory bacnet IP controls.
The project consists of roof replacements on two (2) buildings with multiply roof level. Remove existing roof membrane system down to existing roof deck. Install 2-Ply SBS Modified Bituminous Membrane Roofing system over base layer insulation, tapered insulation where indicated and cover board insulation. Provide crickets where indicated. Provide new metal components; e.g. metal counter flashings, roof drain leads, plumbing vent flashings, etc. Masonry repairs required on a masonry wall adjacent to re-roof area.
Project Description: the demolition and proper disposal of all primary and secondary structures, trash, rubbish, basement walls, slabs, foundations, sidewalks, steps, driveways, and all other hardscape improvements from the specified parcel as the parcels become available.
