water system.
Electrical work includes power supply for the boilers and boiler pumps,
emergency boiler shut-off, and miscellaneous conduit for controls.

This project will serve as a playground renovation project to remove
asphalt and play equipment that does not fit the space.
The project will also improve accessibility and drainage system which
will eliminate flooding during storm events. The project will reduce
impervious surfaces and offer new play experiences.

This project scope includes construction of a new seventy-six space parking lot
addition with connecting sidewalks and exterior stairs to main school entrance. The project also
includes a site lighting bid alternate.
Extended Project Description: The project involves re-roof work at the Boone National Guard Center, building 162 in Frankfort, KY. The existing approximately 6,670 square foot roof to be removed is asphalt shingles on wood deck. The new roof system is a Standing seam metal roof system with related fasteners and trims. All pre-finished metal gutters, downspouts, flashings, accessories and terminations are to be replaced.

Transformation of the existing Rose Street area between Columbia Lane and Huguelet Drive into a pedestrian plaza and gathering place. This portion of the project includes work between Columbia Avenue and extending to Funkhouser Drive and along Funkhouser Drive to Library Drive.
New amenities and features are to include hardscapes, stone masonry planters, benches, seating, fountain, charging stations, walkway lighting, accent lighting, stone terrace walls, stone slab benches, metal arbor structures, accent pavements, cobblestone pavements, historic blend concrete pavements, exposed aggregate pavements, landscaping and sodding.
This new plaza will also extend west along the Chemistry-Physics building and include a portion of Funkhouser Drive.
This Project consists of asphalt paving of approximately 1,485 linear feet of roadway, pavement base failure repairs, roadway & parking lot widening, asphalt pavement milling, approximately 85,000 square yards of asphalt pavement sealing, and the replacement of storm water culvert pipes with headwalls
This project is to be bid LUMP SUM. This bid shall include all labor, equipment, materials, and any incidentals necessary to complete the items of work detailed in plans and herein. Research Building Phase 4 consists of an approximate 40,400 sf fit out of multidisciplinary research laboratory that will be the cornerstone of the University’s push to become a Top 20 national research facility. This facility is based on the latest improvements in research laboratory design standards. Replacement of sliding glass doors with swinging glass doors on level 2 through 5 at each of the wet lab entrances. This will include but not limited to the removal of the existing doors, removal and replacement of the adjacent glass and transom and the install of a new swinging door and associated hardware.

The scope of work is to complete the demolition of a single-story house, multiple dairy farm buildings, barns, silos, sheds and fence/post and then to restore them to a grass pasture. Site is located on University Property, Coldstream Farm, off Georgetown Road with a general address as 3440 Dairy Road, Lexington, KY. The Dairy Housing Research & Teaching Facility is excluded minus any remaining foundational materials. Demolition is defined as the demolition and removal of building, foundations to the top of footer, and utility service to at least one foot below grade as well as removal of any site improvements to include fencing (except for the perimeter boundary fencing), sidewalks, parking and other hard surfaces, excluding the Farm Dairy Road which is not to be removed. Contract also includes the removal of material, proper disposal and post testing of two cattle waste sediment lagoons. All work must meet all local and state codes. The project is a turnkey demolition with offeror responsible for all notifications to utility providers of disruptions, permit submissions, and close out documentation. The contractor will provide all labor including supervision and inspection services, materials, supplies, tools, equipment, permits, bonds and any additional services necessary for completion of these said demolitions and the restoration of the site to natural grade. The contractor will support the University’s goal to maximum the amount of demolished material for recycling.

renovation including selective demolition.

Contract 2 – Installation of a 20’ wide asphalt road.

The work includes new track field events at Western Hills High School, this includes site work, concrete,
running track surface, and track event accessories. It also includes a prefabricated concession stand
building at Franklin County High School which includes utility work, concrete slab, concrete paving, and
construction, delivery and setting of the prefabricated concession building.
The proposed project will create affordable housing for many families in Booneville, KY. A road for three duplexes’ will be built. Water, sewer, electric and fiber lines will be installed, as well as sidewalk, curb and gutter, and pavement for the proposed development.
Contract 4 – Curb & Gutter and Sidewalk – Installation of curb & gutter and sidewalk
Project will replace dual deck dx cooling coil and outdoor condensing unit with new. Trane equipment is to be used so that new equipment will match to existing air handling unit. Existing condensing unit and coil will be removed by contractor. New condensing unit will be mounted on pad outside existing pit and protected by fencing. Building will be occupied during construction.
