The Dairy Housing Research & Teaching Facility is excluded minus any remaining foundational materials. Demolition is defined as the demolition and removal of building, foundations to the top of footer, and utility service to at least one foot below grade as well as removal of any site improvements to include fencing (except for the perimeter boundary fencing), sidewalks, parking and other hard surfaces, excluding the Farm Dairy Road which is not to be removed. Contract also includes the removal of material, proper disposal and post testing of two cattle waste sediment lagoons. All work must meet all local and state codes. The project is a turnkey demolition with offeror responsible for all notifications to utility providers of disruptions, permit submissions, and close out documentation. The contractor will provide all labor including supervision and inspection services, materials, supplies, tools, equipment, permits, bonds and any additional services necessary for completion of these said demolitions and the restoration of the site to natural grade. The contractor will support the University’s goal to maximum the amount of demolished material for recycling.
