A new vehicle exhaust system comprised of exhaust hose reels interconnected to a central exhaust duct and fan shall be installed. Attendant to this exhaust system, a new roof top make up air system and carbon monoxide sensing and control system shall be installed. Replacement of a small work sink with a large semi-circular wash station shall be included. New pendant mounted fluorescent light fixtures and a new electrical panel shall also be included as well as all branch circuitry and control work.

Design information indicates a total of 158 customer service renewals, 2 customer service discontinues and 47 meter exchanges.

This project includes renovation of four existing restrooms, fire seperation wall, interior finishes and miscellaneous repairs to the Reynolds # 1 Building. The work includes concrete masonry wall infill, steel handrails, fire rated partitions, steel doors, frames, and sccessories, new lighting in th renovated area, new exhaust fans, modifications to the fire suppresion system and other miscellaneous renovation work.
Minimum requirements include previous experience in renovations of similar size and scpe as this project, the ability to meet time constraints, demonstrate overall capacity, demonstrate attention to detail and bonding.
The scope of work includes approximately 575 LF of 42-inch HDPE storm sewer, 2,203 LF of 36-inch HDPE storm sewer, 819 LF of 30-inch HDPE storm sewer, 6,044 LF of 24-inch HDPE storm sewer 2,949 LF of 18-inch HDPE storm sewer, 2,468 LF of 12-inch HDPE storm sewer, 1,165 LF of 24-inch PVC sanitary sewer, 2,714 LF of 12-inch PVC sanitary sewer, 36 LF of 12-inch PVC sanitary sewer, 484 LF of 8-inch PVC sanitary sewer, 110 manholes, 28 catch basins and all necessary appurnenances, and fittings needed to construct the proposed line and connect into the existing system.

This Work includes the construction of a 2,000 sf office building at 5078 KY. 1428, Allen, KY 41601. The building is slab-on-grade with wood framed walls, vinyl clad double hung wood windows, R-19 batt insulation, shop-fabricated wood trusses, asphalt shingle roofing, and fiber cement siding. Typical floor finish to be vinyl composition tile, typical wall finish to be painted gypsum board, typical ceiling to be suspended acoustical tiles. Typical ceiling height to be 8’-0″, typical bearing wall to be 10’-1″. The HVAC system is an electric heat pump. The building will accommodate an occupancy of 21 and house the following rooms and functions: a large workroom with kitchenette, four private offices, a small conference room, men’s and women’s restrooms, mechanical room, custodial room, communications room, and reception room. The Work also includes a small asphalt parking area (1 space, accessible). Consult project documents for information regarding connecting to site utilities. (Due to the Seismic Design Category and Site Class of the Project Site, the Work includes interior shear walls and additional bracing of wood trusses. Center. The existing building is a 1-story, 27,000 square foot structure constructed with
load-bearing concrete masonry walls supporting a steel deck and steel joist roof
system. The building was constructed in 2000-02.
This project encompasses a 470 sf renovation of thr second floor restrooms and the replacement of the main third floor entry doors in college of nursing building at the University of Kentucky.

Furnish and install approximately 12,709 LF of 6 & 8″ gravity sewer, approximately 10,443 LF of 3″ through 6″ force main, one 200 gpm duplex pumping station, 9 grinder pump stations and related appurtenances.
This project will consist of the purchase and installation of a floating diesel pump which will pump a modified sump within the pond at the compost pad. A new level gage for the determining actual pond depth will be installed at th epond overflow/discharge tube. A flexible line will need to be installed on the pump discharge to tie into the existing 6″ PVC discharge line exiting the pond. The discharge line out of the valve vault will take two underground routes. One will run north along the western edge of the compost pad. It will be 6″ schedule 80 PVC pipe which will run about 1100 feet. It will have a fire hydrant installed in it within 15 feet of the valve vault. Th eother discharge will run east along the southern edge of the compost pad. This line will be 4″ schedule 80 PVC pipe which will run about 400 feet. This line will have a “stub up” every 80-90′ of line. The 4″ schedule 802 PVC stub up will come above ground to a valve and a quick connect fitting with cap on the dischargd side of the valve. There will be a total of 4 stub up connections.
