The scope includes renovation of approximately8,867 square feet of the existing 1982 building. The project includes reworking and renovating spaces on the main floor of this building along with new finishes and rebovated toilets on the lower level. Mechanical, electrical and plumbing work for this renovation includes a new makeup air unit, fire suppression, lighting and plumbing. In addition, there are multiple locations throughout the school that will have new HVAC and new electrical systems.
This project consists of the furnishing and installing of gravity sewers, manholes, property service connections, asphalt paving, and all other items shown on the plans and mentioned in the specifications for a complete project.
Multiple Roof Repair/Replacement, Western State Hospital

The work to be performed under this contract includes the removal and replacement of all
roofing/flashings/etc. on Buildings #30, 31, 32 & 33 of the Nursing Facility at Western State
Hospital, Hopkinsville, Kentucky. The existing roofing material/gravel/insulation shall be removed
down to the existing gypsum decking. These materials have been tested and contain no
asbestos. The existing gypsum decking shall be repaired as required for the new roofing system.
Contractor shall install a new base sheet, insulation and 2 ply SBS modified bitumen roofing
system over the existing roof as shown on the roofing plans. All existing gutters, downspouts to
ground, flashings and counterflashings shall be removed and new materials shall be installed
per details. It shall be noted that there is existing transite formboard exposed on the underside of
the eave which contains asbestos, but this material shall not be dealt with or touched during the
roof/flashing work.
The base bid shall include all labor, materials, supervision and equipment for the work contained
and shown on Buildings #31 and 33. Additive alternate #1 shall be for all work contained on
Building #30. Additive alternate #2 shall be for all work contained and shown on Building #32.
Louisville Water Company is requesting Bids for The referenced project consists of the installation of +/-55 linear feet of 8-inch DPW water main, including valves, fittings, and two (2) tie-ins to existing water mains. The project also includes removing existing water main from a catch basin and grouting the walls (2) of the catch basin. Restoration includes sidewalk repair and milling and paving of a drive lane near the intersection of 22nd Street and Gaulbert Avenue.

The contractor will furnish all coordination and pay all costs between Kentucky Utilities and the generation equipment supplier for the complete interface to the utilities companies existing overhead distribution system. The contractor shall furnish, install and test underground communication between the owner computer network, high voltage reclosures and the power generation equipment (by others).Domestic water will be provided to the generation site, originating at the Owner’s existing distribution system and extending underground to a yard hydrant. Natural gas will be extend from the utility company, adjacent to the site, reduced in pressure and extended both above and below grade and connected to three generators (by others).

Work includes providing all required material, labor and equipment to perform selective demolition and associated reconstruction of project improvements as hereinafter described. Work includes removal and disposal of selected site and building improvements to accommodate construction of two (2) additions to Field Maintenance Shop (FMS #5) at Boone National Guard Center in Frankfort, Kentucky. One addition consists of a conventionally constructed Latrine facility with masonry load bearing walls, modified bitumen roof, porcelain tile, acoustic panel ceilings, and associated mechanical and electrical improvements. The second addition consists of one Pre-Engineered cold storage facility (unconditioned space) wrapped around an existing Pre-Engineered structure and attached to the existing Field Maintenance Shop.
Both additions are to be constructed on drilled concrete piers, supporting grade beams. Building slabs are ground supported. Site improvements are limited to utility relocation, patching and repairing disturbed site areas (paved surfaces), limited site concrete and fencing

Upgrade two (2) five-story existing elevators (boys) and one (1) two-story existing
elevator (girls). The girls elevator cab will be enlarged inside the existing elevator
shaft. All mechanical and electrical operational equipment will be replaced with new
equipment and functional systems. Painting and minor flooring and wall materials will
be repaired by current maintenance staff.
Louisville Water Company is requesting Bids for the installation of +/- 140 lineal feet of 8-inch DPW water main and the supply and installation +/- 320 lineal feet of 8-inch HDPE (DR 11) water main via horizontal directional drilling. The project also includes the abandonment of existing AC pipe and installation of test stations and tracer wire in an existing LWC easement off River Road.
The work will generally consist of installing approximately 570 feet of 8” gravity sewer main, approximately 1434 linear feet of 15” gravity sewer main and approximately 334 linear feet of 30” gravity sewer main and other associated appurtenances in accordance with the engineers plans. The amount of subsurface rock is unknown and project is being bid as unclassified excavation. Contract time: One hundred and twenty (120) days.
The work to be bid consists of the furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment and performing all work as set forth in the specifications and drawings. Contract 9 consists of the construction of approximately 300LF of access boulevard (an extension of Commomwealth Boulevard), grade and drain, paving, sanitary sewer lines, landscaping and related work.

The program of work for which bids are to be submitted consists of the design/build services to include the implementation and construction of a sludge conveyor/auger system to distribute sludge from the existing belt filter press and loaded into a “roll-off” container. The work will also include all conveyor system, electrical, and mechanical design, all supplied equipment, and the installation of the conveyor system including all related appurtenances as shown on the drawings and described in the specifications for sludge conveyor/auger system. Each bidder is to submit with his proposal a preliminary design sketch showing the proposed conveyer/auger system indicating all supporting and bracing members, plate thickness, and dimensions of the conveyer/auger system. These preliminary design sketches shall be used to elevate the proposed to determine if it meets the intent of the drwaings and specifications herein
