Louisville Water Company is requesting bids to provide all labor, rigging, tools, equipment, and materials to provide and install a new HVAC system, electrical service, light fixtures, and other work as noted in the contract documents. Refer to contract documents, which include specifications and drawings, for further description of scope of work.
The scope of work consists of a full restaurant shell construction and limited tenant finish. The tenant/El Nopal will be completing their own floor finishes and interior painting. Concrete, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and fire protection will be required as well as glass/glazing, drywall/metal stud, rough carpentry, finish carpentry, tile, acoustic ceiling, exterior painting, and roofing.
Furnishing and Installation of approximately 500 L.F. of 10-inch ductile iron and 6,149 L.F. of 8-inch 6-inch PVC gravity sewers and associated accessories. Approximately thirty-seven 4-foot diameter precast manholes and accessories. Approximately 1,435 L.F. of 4-inch PVC force main and accessories.
Renovate approximately 8,200 square feet on the 6th floor of the Nursing Building to accommodate the construction of a new 118 seat computer classroom and associated support space.
The scope of work for which bids are to be submitted consists of, but is not limited to, the following: approximately 3,275 linear feet of 6″ PVC water main and other appurntenaces together with all related work. The contract time allotted for the completion of this contract is 60 consecutive calendar days. The work for this projetc is located in Jessamine County, Kentucky parallel to Phillips Lane
Construction of River Road Interceptor (Line “A” Station 14+00 to Station 54+83) from Harrods Creek to Jacobs School Road. The project includes approx. 3,963 LF of 36″ pipe, 18 Manholes and other miscellaneous pipe and paving items.
The project consists but is not limited to the construction of an asphalt trail along the top of the existing riverbank between Wilkinson Boulevard and the Kentucky River; and the construction of the trail within the earthen shoulder and back-slope along the right of way of Wilkinson Boulevard. Some portions of the trail(those outside of the Wilkinson Boulevard Shoulder) have already been graded and prepared for paving; this Phase 1 scope of work has been performed by the City and included grading and stabilization of subgrade with stone base and seeding and restoring disturbed areas. The contractor is responsible for the Phase 2 scope of work which includes completion of the Phase 1 trail segements and the entire construction of the remaining trail portions not subject to Phase 1 scope of work (those along the shoulder of Wilkinson Boulevard). The project also includes installation of landscaping and site furnishings within identified areas along the trail.

Proposed construction activities include installation of an access roadway, installation of a storm sewer, and associated grading. This project is located at the Universtiy of Kentucky Coldstream Research Park, 1676 McGrathaian Parkway, Lexington, Kentucky 40511. The site is on Lot 7 and is currently a turf meadow. The toal area disturbed by the proposed construction activities is approxiamtely 2.35 acres.
Contract 20 will consist of the construction of approximately 55,000 linear feet of 6,3 and 2 inch waterlines. The Contractor shall furnish all materials, equipment and labor necessary to complete the construction of the waterline, appurtenances and reclamation. Time of completion of contract 20 is 180 calendar days.
