Construction of a 500,000 gallon elevated water storage tank, a prefabicated pump station including roadways, fencing, piping, valves, hydrants, generator, seeding, and all other necessary appurtenances.
Construction of a new softball stadium, with 1400-1500 seats, press box, elevated concourse, toilet rooms, concessions area, elevator and various support spaces; The work includes foundations, steel structure, brick and concrete masonry, grandstand and seating systems, metal wall panel systems, TPO roofing system, glazing systems, finishes, mechanical and electrical systems; The facility is a Type 2B Construction per the KY Building Code.
1. Construction of a new Hitting Pavilion, with team locker room/shower facility, lounge and couches office; The work includes foundations, steel structure, brick and concrete masonry, metal wall panel systems, TPO roofing system, glazing systems, finishes and mechanical and electrical systems; The facility is a Type 2B Construction oer the KY Building Code.
2. Sitework associated with the above construction.

The project consists of the remediation of several settlement cracks in the exterior
brick walls, interior cmu walls, and floor slabs in both the Residential Life Center (RLC)
and Unit Office buildings. The settlement in the foundations will be stabilized by
installing steel push piers at each building. Masonry walls will be repaired by replacing
brick/cmu and repointing joints. Floor slabs will be stabilized by mudjacking and
repaired using a cement based filler. All repaired walls and slabs will be repainted.
Earthwork will be required at the location of the steel push pier installations.

The work for this project consists of the restoration of 2,274 LF of Cranes Nest Branch, including but not limited to construction of in-stream structures, excavation of proposed channels and floodplains, reshaping of existing channels, native planting and seeding, preparation of soil for seeding, planting of trees and shrubs, installation of erosion control fabric and mulch, and harvesting, transporting, installing, and maintaining live stakes and rooted materials.

This project consists of the addition of a 100 space asphalt parking lot and access road
including earthwork, limestone base, asphalt paving, pavement markings, sidewalks,
site signage and site lighting. Alternate #1 will include the upgrade of site lighting to
LED fixtures.

The Project consists of replacement of existing East Hall high-bay lighting. The existing high-bay 2’x4′ troffers shall be removed and turned over to owner as indicated on drawings. Existing emergency lighting fixtures shall be removed. Digital lighting controls for new lighting fixtures shall also be provided.
The project scope includes the addition of 2 classrooms and renovation to the existing corridor connection and the existing bus loop canopy. The work must be substantially complete no later than July 30, 2012.

Consisting of four 140 HP submersible sewage pumps, a carbon adsorber odor control system, a Bioxide chemical feed system for odor control, variable frequency drive motor controls, a standby electric power generator, ductile iron piping and valves, a cantenary coarse bar screen, concrete wetwall structure, building, and all associated labor, appurtenances, equipment, material and services together with all related work.
The Isaac Murphy Memorial Art Garden Trail Head is a community park that will incorporate site amenities to encourage social gartherings and serve as a ‘starting point’ for The Legacy Trail at the east end of downtown. New curbs, sidewalks, seat walls, bike racks, water fountains, flagpoles, landscaping and an amphitheater will provide opportunities for visitors to enjoy the space as well as utilize it as a connection to The Legacy Trail.
The scope of construction involves removal of existing concrete walk, curb and gutter and construction of new site amenities and utilities. Included improvements are sidewalks, pavers, stone seat walls, storm drainage, site lighting and water line installation.
The project scope includes the repair of the infield and approx. 20’ into the outfield at the Bryan Station High School Baseball Field. Demolition work includes removal of the existing infield soil and warning track to a depth of 5” along with the existing infield irrigation and piping system. Existing irrigation valve boxes in the infield and outfield irrigation will remain. Existing backstop pads and the artificial turf arc behind home plate will be removed, cataloged, and stored for reinstallation. Proposed work includes the re-grading of the infield with specific soil mixes for the seeded areas, skinned areas, pitcher’s mound, batter’s box, and the warning track. Proposed drainage repairs include a new infield under-drain system, drywell inlets with storm water collection chambers and associated storm piping, a junction manhole, new headwall and concrete flume. The infield will have seeded areas, new bases, pitchers plate, and anchoring systems set in concrete. The 20’ area of disturbed outfield will be seeded and the entire outfield will be over-seeded. Additional utility work includes replacement and raising of valves at the backflow preventer, a new hot box over the backflow preventer and a new concrete pad around the backflow preventer.
This Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, supplies, tools, appliances, equipment, services, etc., necessary to refurbish the temporary construction offices in the hospital basement for use as office space and supply and distribution. In addition, to convert 6th floor treatment room into Hydrotherapy space for the Patient Care Facility at the University of Kentucky. Also, to construct (2) small conference rooms in existing basement shell space.

For the complete construction and furnishing of all items necessary to expand the existing Monticello Wastewater Treatment Plant utilizing the oxidation ditch treatment process as specified and/or shown on the Drawings, including all equipment and appurtenances, excavation, regrade, piping, site work, concrete work, electrical and control work, site demolition, and all other items of work (labor and materials) necessary for a complete and functional facility.
Project consists of a 65,308 square feet new construction. The project includes sitework, concrete, masonry, structural steel, mechanical, fire protection and electrical.
Project Scope: This project consists of the interior renovation of the former bookstore space and lower level shell space into the Admission Office. The upper level will be subdivided into office and meeting space and the lower level will be subdivided into offices, open work room and workroom. The levels will be connected via spiral staircase. The existing MEP systems will be modified and adapted to these new space configurations. Interior finishes will consist of carpet tile, luxury vinyl, acoustical ceiling tile, painted gypsum board walls and wood trim.
