This project consists of site work, the construction of a one story retail center shell (11,900 sq ft) and the build out of 8,000 sq ft. The retail cetner shell work specifically includes structural steel framing, concrete foundations & slab-on-grade, masonry, aluminum storefront and glazing, and single-ply roofing. The site work includes site work includes but is not limited to: erosion control, landscaping, demolition, concrete curbs, asphalt paving and stripping, concrete walks and pads, site utilities, (gas, electric, water, and sewer) grading, storm drainage, and sanitary sewers

Haggin Field Honors Housing is a new 600 bed dorm located on University of Kentucky’s campus next to the existing Haggin Hall. The new dorm will be approximately 160,000 sf comprised of 2 buildings that are 4 stories. The south building will have a wing that will consist of approximately 7800 sf basement. It will be a wood framed structure with floor and roof trusses. The bedrooms will be in a suite style with 4 beds sharing a common bath. The exterior facade consists of brick and aluminum storefronts. Site improvements include new site utilities and a plaza between the buildings.
Bid Pack 1 is the early bid package. The package is to release an early start of the site utilities, excavation, and foundations. The elevator is being procured in the Bid Package 1 for coordination of the elevator pits and procurement of the elevators.

The project consists of pavement repair and full slab removal and replacement of asphalt and pavement around the general aviation area, which is approximately 237,300 square foot area. The rehabilitation of the GA ramp will also include resealing of damaged joints and all related work.

work includes the removal of existing trees, light poles and college sign. New
construction includes new asphalt pavement, concrete curbs, landscaping and
irrigation, masonry feature walls, site lighting and a new college sign. The new college
sign will incorporate stone masonry, limestone, misc. steel, structural steel, LED
signage, dimensional letter signage and sign lighting.
