The entire area of the Church Building, Education Building and Chapel Building will have a fire suppression system and related fire alarm system installed.
The project will also include the rework and replacement of floor finishes, with various types of flooring; Rework and replacement of wall and ceiling finishes including painting, new acoustical ceiling systems and other rework as indicated. The scope of work will also include various other mechanical, electrical, plumbing and related repairs, upgrades, renovations or replacements as necessary to complete the work indicated.

1) The project will remove the existing concrete box culvert and pipe system located in the rear parking lot behind buildings 32 & 33 that outlets on the west side of the maintenance building and construct a new 36″ RCP storm sewer system with drainage structures. The areas of parking lot that are removed during construction of the storm sewer system will be paved with asphalt. There are also some concrete sidewalk and curb that are going to be removed and replaced with this project.
2) The project will also remove and replace the storm sewer system in the ambulance access area. A new storm sewer system with drainage structures will be installed to accommondate the new concrete pavement in this area.
3) The project will be done in four (4) phases that are shown on sheet C3 and A-3.

fuel system serving an emergency generator is included. All attendant demolition, mechanical
piping and materials, plumbing, fire suppression, electrical including fire alarm and lightning
protection systems shall be furnished and installed for a complete and fully operational boiler
plant. An allowance for “InnerSpace” to provide automatic temperature controls in the amount of
$23,000 shall be included in form of proposal.
