The Project Scope of Work consists of a specified renovation to an existing Primary Historic Brick Structure, dating 1820’s with an 1854 addition, and a secondary Historic Smoke. The essence of the renovation is: Removal of an existing metal roof and installation of a new Historic Standing Seam Metal Roof. Replacement of a damaged section of the existing wood hip roof framing and replacement with new. Removal of existing damaged fascia/soffit and replacement with new. Replacement of existing box gutters and replaced with new per existing. Reworking existing and repairing existing damaged wood hung windows to be operable. Replacing and reworking existing wood floor framing and support columns. Minor existing exterior brick wall repair and miscellaneous tuck pointing. Interior finish scope of work including wet plaster patch, skimcoat and paint.
Phase 4 consists of construction a landfill cap system over the remaining 28 acre active portions of the site and various improvements to the previously capped areas. The landfill cap system consists of geocomposite gas vent layer, gas vents, 40-mil LLDPE geomembrane, geocomposite drainage layer, and 36 vegetative layer.

The bid package will consists of approximately 4,284 LF of sewer line rehabilitation. This bid package uses a combination of Cure In Place Pipe (CIPP) lining, HDPE installation via pipe bursting, and open cut repair. The Rehabilitation portion of the sewer pipe shall be televised using CCTV in accordance wwith PACP standards prior to the start of construction and post construction. Contractor shall be required to maintain flow during all aspects of the construction. The construction site shall be restored to preconstruction site conditions.

2. Sitework associated with the above construction.

The project consists of the remediation of several settlement cracks in the exterior
brick walls, interior cmu walls, and floor slabs in both the Residential Life Center (RLC)
and Unit Office buildings. The settlement in the foundations will be stabilized by
installing steel push piers at each building. Masonry walls will be repaired by replacing
brick/cmu and repointing joints. Floor slabs will be stabilized by mudjacking and
repaired using a cement based filler. All repaired walls and slabs will be repainted.
Earthwork will be required at the location of the steel push pier installations.

The work for this project consists of the restoration of 2,274 LF of Cranes Nest Branch, including but not limited to construction of in-stream structures, excavation of proposed channels and floodplains, reshaping of existing channels, native planting and seeding, preparation of soil for seeding, planting of trees and shrubs, installation of erosion control fabric and mulch, and harvesting, transporting, installing, and maintaining live stakes and rooted materials.
