The buildings to be demolished are located along Cooperstown Dr., Lexington, Kentucky and consists of removing all structures, foundation walls, footings, landscaping, sidewalks, utilities, etc. as indicated and specified herein.

Each are multi-story residence halls built on a partial walk-out basements. The structure consists of CMU bearing walls and steel joist floor and roof construction with brick veneer on concrete foundations. First floor and basement concrete slabs on grade.
B. Roofs: The original 1956 roof system was a slope built up membrane assembly, which is still in place. The current sloped shingle roof system was installed over top of the existing low sloped roof assembly.
C. Interior Construction: Exposed CMU walls and plaster ceilings with some areas of suspended acoustical tile ceilings.
D. Sidewalks and Porches: Concrete slabs on grade, remove as noted in documents. Walks to remain as indicated.
E. Attic: See note about roof addition above.
F. Foundation Walls: Cast in place concrete
G. Parking Lot: None
H. Trees and Landscaping: remove as noted in documents

Ford Regional Training Center, 2013 Metal Roof Retro-Fit Installation, located at 4675 State Route 181 N, Greenville, Kentucky in Muhlenburg County, shall generally consists of reroofing two separate structures which are alike in size/design and located in close proximity of one to the other. Each structure, approximately 9775 sq. ft. in area, has existing asphalt roofing shingles with underlayment which shall remain and have a new metal roof assembly consisting of continuous insulation/underlayment, metal furring hat channels and prefinished steel roof panels installed atop. The retro-fit work shall include certain associated work items such as selective demolition, minor framing improvements, incidental painting and miscellaneous sheet metal.

The Work consists of replacing the existing door lock access and property management system for WHFRTC. This requires the removal of approximately 191 door locks and replacement with new RFID electronic battery powered locks. The new locks shall be interfaced with a door security access system that is RFID capable and provides real time access and control from the front desk of the facility. A new property management software system that is fully integrated and compatible with the new door access system shall be included. Door locks shall be able to be opened with a physical key overriding the electronic door access control system and have doors that are “Best” lock compatible. The system shall be fully compatible with Windows Server 2008 R2 and Windows 7 Pro 64 bit. All demolition of existing locks is included. All wiring and raceways, power supplies, CAT 5E and fiber optic system interface, remote controllers, installation of new electronic locks with batteries, software shall be included. Servers and work stations will be provided by the Owner. All cards for access shall be furnished and the entire system shall be left fully setup, programmed, and ready for the Owner’s use.

These specifications and the accompanying drawings describe the work to be provided and the materials to be furnished under this contract for the modification and installation of an existing 250 KW generator. The generator is located at Glasgow State Nursing Facility in Glasgow, Kentucky. The generator is to be transported to Bluegrass-Oakwood Community Center, Somerset, Kentucky. The 250 KW generator will be installed on a new concrete pad adjacent to the main electrical room in Building 600. A new 1,000 ampere automatic transfer switch (ATS) shall be furnished and installed on a pedestal on the new generator pad. A new 2,000 gallon bulk diesel fuel storage tank with dispenser shall be furnished and installed on a second concrete pad adjacent to the generator and ATS concrete pad. Building 600 houses the kitchen, laundry, and maintenance shops.
