Work consists of mechanical and electrical work to install 2 new NMR’s and 1 FRMS in existing NMR facility. Electrical work includes, but is not limited to, installation of new non-ferrous isoduct, electrical panel, conduit, data, and breakers. HVAC work includes, but is not limited to, new quench vent from basement to roof of building in existing chase, plumbing for new gases, floor penetrations, scaffolding, and HVAC modifications within the NMR facility.
Renovation of the existing Hope Center Emergency Shelter including, but not limited to, removal and disposal of existing HVAC units, removal and replacement of outdoor electrical disconnects and wiring, installation of new HVAC system
Construction of the Greenup Sewer Pump Station, including wet well, pumps, guide rails, valve vault, meter vault, electrical, controls, SCADA System, approximately 188 lf of gravity sewer line and manholes and other incidental and related work necessary for completion.
The project is located in downtown Versailles, Woodford County, Kentucky, along North Main Street (US 62/US 60x) between Lexington Road and Broadway. The work to be bid includes the construction of streetscape sidewalk, curb, stamped concrete entries, ADA access, electrical conduit and connections, street lights, landscaping, and limited pavement construction, as well as the construction of numerous streetscape amenities along North Main Street. Demolition and striping work will be handled by the City of Versailles.
The work of the contract can be summarized as follows:

The project includes providing all construction supervision, labor, materials, tools, test equipment necessary for the installation of a new vactor truck unloading station at the Town Branch Wastewater Treatment Plant. The project scope includes all associated site work and necessary piping.
The work includes the renovation of the existing library with new additions for a total of 19,722 GSF. The existing library has approximately 11,126 SF; 6,858 in a building built in 1904 to be renovated, and the additions have 12,864 SF. An adjacent building of approximately 2,088 SF will be demolished completely. The scope of work for this project includes but is not limited to: selective, systems, and building demolition, mechanical systems including installation of a ground-source geothermal system, electrical, fire protection, and fire alarm systems, interior partitions and finishes, door hardware, site improvements and paving. The building will be unoccupied during all phases of construction work.

The intent of this project is to extend existing electrical utility services from Substation #3 to the east side of campus to accommodate the current and planned expansion projects. These new services will route in both existing and new pathway elements consisting of underground electrical conduits and manholes. New 15KV cabling and switches will be installed to facilitate the distribution along with an expansion of the substation itself.
