Construct approximately 38,120 feet of 3-inch through 8-inch water main, prefabricated booster pump station, master meter vault, pressure reducing vaults, and related appurtenances.
The Project Includes providing all construction, labor, material, tools and test equipment necessary for the construction of 2,287 ft or 21 inch sanitary sewer, 195 ft of 10 inch sanitary sewer, 710 ft of 8 inch sanitary sewer, 34 manholes, and all other necessary appurtenances
This project consists of the providing of all materials labor and equipment for the construction of: Furnish and install, complete and ready for service, 505 L.F. of 60″ diameter storm drain under +/- 30 feet of cover. Remove and/or grout approximately 480 L.F. failed 48″ storm drain. Relocate utilities and restore surfaces as necessary. Maintain existing storm drainage throughout construction.
The project scope is to install aluminum grandstand bleachers and press box along with the demolition of the existing stadium structure. The project scope will include electrical and plumbing work, along with concrete foundations for masonry, roofing and railings.

The project scope includes the rehabilitation of a manhole and an open cut repair of one of its pipe penetrations along with replacement of the cover of a second manhole with a hatched lid.
Construct all associated sanitary and storm sewer piping and structures as shown. Provide all erosion control measures, concrete sidewalk, curb and gutter, and asphalt paving as required.
The Transit Authority of River City will receive sealed bids for the furnishing of all labor, materials and the performance of all work required for the Union Station TARC Customer Service Kiosk Replacement Project.
This project consists of providing all materials, labor, and equipment for the construction of a water distribution system including 4,230 of PVC water line, 1,880 LF of ductile iron water line, 1,150 LF of HDPE service line, and 27 residential meters.

Remove accumulated sediment from the existing Beech Creek Dam spillway stilling basin and downstream channel; Remove rock in the channel bottom to lower the water level in the stilling basin; and Locate, install additional piping, clean, and videotape the existing foundation drains.

The Work consists of selective demolition and renovation to an existing military administrative/training building located next to Bowman Field, in Louisville, Kentucky, that consists of a 52,000 S. F., 2-story administration wing and a 12,000 S. F., one-story Assembly wing. Interior renovation work will entail: replacement of existing floor finishes throughout most of the facility, replacement of limited ceiling tiles, construction of limited interior walls with doors and frames, new HVAC, electrical upgrades, limited plumbing, painting; while exterior work will primarily consist of tuck pointing and sealing existing masonry as well as constructing a new “Rain Screen” wall system that will be comprised of brick,
aluminum and glass. Site work will include asphalt paving, limited grading and landscaping.
Construction of a new 22,800 SF Dairy Housing Research and Teaching Facility. The facility consist of two clay floor animal holding pack areas separated by cow feed bunk lanes and a middle feeding drive lane. The structure is to be structural steel columns and beams with light gage purlins and girts to support the exposed fastened metal roofing.
The site is greenfield. Minor grading will be required with adequate site available material.
Water is available nearby the site. The project will connect to an existing meter vault and run to a water room where a backflow preventer is located as well as a manifold to supply lines for future watering stations. Drain lines are connected to an existing waste drainage system. Sanitary sewer work is not required in this project.
Electric service is available from a nearby pole on site. This project will run empty conduit to a meter (where KU will run conductor in the conduit from the pole). This project includes a main disconnect, 200 AMP breaker panel and supply for receptacles and Owner provided, contractor installed lights and fans. Provisions for future communications is provided, but the communication work is not include in this contract.
This project moves four cow brushes from nearby barns as well as installs an automatic feed system for 16 cows in the southeastern pack.
