Project includes the furnishing and installation of all materials, equipment, labor and incidentals required for the construction of: Tasks A, B, C, and D consisting of 34,600 linear feet of 4″ to 12″ diameter HDPE natural gas lines and associated appurtenances.
Replacement of existing lift station with a new lift station, manhole rehabilitation, new gravity lines, new manholes, new force mains and connection of existing force mains.
This project will include the roof replacement on three buildings – two with PVC and one with asphalt shingles. It will also include a perimeter fence around the property.

2013 – Water System Expansion-
The program of work for which bids are to be submitted consists of:
approximately 22,000 LF of water main extensions and approximately 40 new meter services , and all related appurtenances as described in the specifications and plans.
The project includes providing all construction supervision, labor, materials, tools, services, and testing necessary for the construction of the Town Branch Wet Weather Storage Facility, consisting of 22 MG of wastewater storage in a prestressed concrete tank, a 56 MGD wastewater pumping station, mechanical screening, slide gates, plug valves, swing check valves, ductile iron piping, grating, hatches, submersible pumps, variable frequency drives, electrical equipment, ventilation equipment, and other associated appurtenances .
Contract 519 -14-01, Water System Improvements, KY 15 Loggy Hollow Area Approximately 2,670 linear feet of 3-inch and 4-inch water main and related appurtenances.
This Contract provides for the installation of approximately 1,381 linear feet of 12-inch sewer, 2,272 linear feet of 6-inch force main, and installing 8 sanitary manholes. This project includes the construction of a 0.33 MGD pump station and a 250,000 gallon storage basin. This project also includes erosion control, appurtenant work, and eliminating one package plant (Bancroft WQTC) and one pump station (Devondale). The project is generally located along Goose Creek in the City of Bancroft.
The Project consists of construction services for the Mountain Water District proposed Scott Fork Waterline Relocation Project which will consist of relocating a portion 10″ water main near Scott Fork Bridge on Route 1426 in Pike County, Kentucky.
The work includes the renovation of the existing school with new additions for a total of 76,314 square feet. The existing school has approximately 57,430 square feet and the additions have 18,884 square feet. Squires Elementary School was originally built in 1988. The scope of work for this current major construction project includes but is not limited to: selective and building demolition, removal and replacement of mechanical systems including installation of variable refrigerant volume systems, replacement of existing electrical systems, fire protection, fire alarm systems, interior finishes (walls, ceilings, floors, base), door hardware, site improvements, paving and the addition of 18,884 square feet of new kitchen, administration, library media center, preschool, classrooms and entry vestibules. The project also includes the addition of a new elevator to provide accessibility between the two levels of the school building. The work effort will be executed in four principal phases beginning October 2014 and ending in August 2016. The building will be occupied during all phases of construction work. The contractor shall be required to coordinate the contract work with daily school activities, as well as between phases with the FCPC-provided activities related to: moving of occupants, asbestos abatement , and the installation of casework (not-in-contract).

The City of Cynthiana will complete sidewalk improvements along a portion of Webster Avenue in Cynthiana, Kentucky. Work items shall include the demolition of existing curb and pavement along the eastern side of Webster Avenue, earthwork, sediment and erosion control measures, integral curb and sidewalk, concrete and asphalt paving, pavement striping, traffic management and storm drainage.

This project bid package is a district wide project, which includes a door and hardware replacement and upgrade, with door replacement and new hardware on existing frames , new aluminum storefront and doors with new hardware, and teller transaction windows. This is mostly a material supply package with installation of some of the doors and hardware by the Owner, but installation shall be included for the aluminum storefront system and the teller transaction windows by this contractor. There are some common systems between the different buildings, but each building is separate in what they are receiving.
