This contract consists of approximately 11,700 L.F. of 6″ PVC, SDR-17 waterline, 150 service reconnections, 750 L.F. of free bore for driveways and appurtenances. This contract contains an additive alternate that may be included with the base project if funding permits. Additional time will be given for said alternate .
This project will provide relocation of six existing tennis courts at South Laurel High School due to relocation of a school entrance in preparation for widening US25 in front of the school. Grading and drainage, site improvements including concrete walk, chain link fence, asphalt, tennis court surfacing and accessories are part of this work.

The scope of work shall include, but not necessarily be limited to the following areas – The construction of excavation for, poured concrete footings and foundation; concrete slab on grade; structural steel column + beam framing; cold-formed metal stud infill wall framing, prefabricated engineered light-gage metal roof trusses and FRT plywood roof deck, with fiberglass shingle roofing; metal prefinished continuous gutters, gutter guards, downspouts, and accessory flashings. Exterior trim work to be wood with prefinished metal wrap and metal soffits. Exterior shall be brick masonry veneer, with cut stone trim work, and EIFS wall areas, aluminum entrance doors & windows, Interior walls are metal stud with gypsum board panels, with hollow metal frames and pre-finished flush solid core wood, or hollow metal doors. Finishes include wood moldings for casings, and picture molding, rubber manufactured ECO flooring, cork rubber flooring, carpet, porcelain tile, ceramic tile, acoustic ceilings, acoustic wall covering, and multi-color spray painting and related painting. The work shall also include plastic laminated casework, solid surface counter tops, and wood paneled walls in certain areas. The work includes site utilities ; electrical, phone + TV cable wiring and service; mechanical – boiler replacement, VRV and make-up air HVAC systems, plumbing systems, wet-fire suppression system, connection to existing sanitary sewer system, storm sewer and detention items, electrical systems, lighting and fire alarm systems, access control, video monitoring, and building security systems. The work shall also include all of the related site work for excavation, building layout, temporary construction fencing & construction trailer; NOI, soil erosion control, excavation & fill; trench excavation , underground storm water drainage system, asphalt and concrete paving & striping of lot, concrete curb and gutter, concrete walks, vinyl coated chain link fencing, site lighting and landscaping .
Louisville Water Company is requesting Bids for the excavation, transportation, and disposal of approximately 219,640 cubic yards of water treatment plant residual material. Residual material shall be transported offsite by either truck or barge.
Contract consists of one (1) 1,500,000 gallon ground level potable water storage tank and one (1) 500,000 gallon ground level potable water storage tank, with appurtenant mixing equipment, control valve, system connection piping, site work, and access roadways.

The Owner invites the following Bid on the related Project. The Project consists of the TEMPORARY OCCUPANCY RENOVATION CONSTRUCTION of approximately 16,370 SF for the library building on TWO FLOOR levels. The project scope consists of the addition of [3] combination HVAC wall mounted units, addition of electrical service to allow for HVAC units, miscellaneous lighting revisions and additions, addition of electrical outlets and data junction boxes, addition of a new fire alarm system, installation of chain link fence mechanical , under stair and guard railing enclosures as indicated. The work also includes but is not necessarily limited to egress door hardware devices, miscellaneous light gage steel wall framing , vinyl faced insulation modifications and repairs, treated wood blocking, and flashing for related work. Exterior work shall include concrete accessibility ramp and parking lot striping related to ADA accessible parking spaces.
The project scope includes the removal of the existing wood gymnasium floor and installation of a new gymnasium floor, including associated accessories and finishing. The work will start on September 1,2014 and must be substantially complete no later than October 15,2014.
