The work includes site utilities ; electrical, phone + TV cable wiring and service; mechanical – boiler replacement, VRV and make-up air HVAC systems, plumbing systems, wet-fire suppression system, connection to existing sanitary sewer system, storm sewer and detention items, electrical systems, lighting and fire alarm systems, access control, video monitoring, and building security systems. The format of this RFP is intended to be flexible rather than prescriptive. Proposals shall contain
a financial plan and an operational plan that describe the Respondent’s general vision and
implementation plan.
The RFP contains provisions to which Louisville will not agree under any circumstances. If a
proposal includes one of the provisions listed in the “Dealbreakers” section, then said proposal shall be
deemed non-responsive/non-responsible and will NOT be evaluated by Louisville.
