The work shall also include plastic laminated casework, solid surface counter tops, and wood paneled walls in certain areas. The work includes site utilities ; electrical, phone + TV cable wiring and service; mechanical – boiler replacement, VRV and make-up air HVAC systems, plumbing systems, wet-fire suppression system, connection to existing sanitary sewer system, storm sewer and detention items, electrical systems, lighting and fire alarm systems, access control, video monitoring, and building security systems.
