To establish price contracts for the furnishing of labor, materials, and services for a Job Order Contract for Painting Services on facilities utilized by Western Kentucky University. The Painting Contractor shall be capable of providing qualified and skilled tradesman as may be required. All jobs are to include but are not limited to the Contractor acquiring any necessary permits, inspections, and Performance Bonds where required. This project consists of roof replacements & partial masonry restoration.
Roof Work: Tear-off existing built-up roof membrane, sheet metal, metal counter flashings, and roof components as indicated. Install new rigid insulation, tapered insulation, metal components and 2-Ply SBS-Modified Bituminous Membrane system as indicated on the drawings.
Masonry Work: Partial masonry restoration and 2-coats of water repellents.

Utility Work:
Remove and replace the steam, condensate return, and domestic cold water underground piping from the Boiler House to the Student Center.
Boiler House:
Work in the Boiler House basement includes removing old piping and valves, installing new steam, condensate & domestic cold water piping, installing new shutoff valves, traps, and drain piping as shown on drawings.
Student Center:
Work in the Student Center involves, removing old piping and valves, installing new steam, condensate and domestic cold water piping. Additional work in the Student Center involves removal of a portion of a concrete block wall as needed for access to existing piping and repair of concrete block structure including painting and repair of any areas damaged during construction.

Work under this contract consists of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment and services to re-roof approzimately 16,500 square feet of the Occupational Technical Building (OTB) 100. New roofing membrane shall be a granular surfaced 2-ply SBS modified bitumen over tapered rigid insulation. The work will entail complete removal of the existing modified bitumen roofing system and rigid insulation down to existing metal deck. Existing stainless steel copings and counterflashing shall be salvaged and reused.
Project consists of construction of a parking lot, a softball field with bleachers, press box, dugouts, and a field house.

The New Football Training Facility consists of an approx imately 100,000 sf addition onto the existing Nutter Field House. This addition will house multiple functions for the University of Kentucky Football Team. In addition, this project will include two new practice fields and associated site improvements. A list of trade contracts for this work is listed below.
The project will include a new building totaling 7,000 sf. The overall project will include associated site work, landscape and hardscape. Pendleton County is requesting General Contractor bids.
