Remove the existing 350 ton Chiller and install a new 700 ton chiller. The installation will include pump and piping replacement, electrical work and installation of 2 unit ventilators for cooling. The new chiller has been pre-purchased by the Owner. This contractor will accept delivery of, off load, be responsible for and coordinate start-up of the new chiller.
This work will be accomplished while the Chiller Plant is in operation. The contract will be required to block chilled and condenser water flow to the existing chiller. This is to be done by use of an insertion valve or another method to be decided by the Contractor.
UT Eagle Creek Stream and Wetland Mitigation

The contract will be for the construction of a stream and wetland mitigation site located on the Higginson-Henry Wildlife Management Area in Union County, Kentucky. The contractor will be responsible for the grading of 5 restored stream channels on-site and in-stream modification of 6 existing stream channels. Grading will include the installation of several different in-stream structures and placement of gravel material in restored riffles. Additional site grading will include the installation of groundwater dams, grading historically modified wetland areas to proposed elevations, and removal and plugging of drain tiles in an active agricultural field. The contractor will be responsible for all sediment and erosion control measures. The contractor will be responsible for installation of live cuttings, bare root trees and containerized trees.
