Project Description:
Project Consists of the construction and/or furnishing of items for the Roof Replacement for LFUCG Government Center and Arts Place, Lexington-Fayette County, Kentucky.
PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The project consists of installing approximately 4,665 LF of 8′ -tall chain link fence at the University of Kentucky Ecological Research Facility (ERF), located at 1737 Russell Cave Road. Lexington. KY. This is a lump-sum project, not a unit-price contract, and Bidders are responsible for walking/measuring the path of the new fence to determine fence length for the bid. The fence will start and terminate at an existing similar fence and will include two sets of double 6′ swinging gates to accommodate automobile traffic. The majority of the fence line will require either bush-hogging, and/or clearing-and-grubbing of small to medium size trees, limbs, shrubs and weeds. This clearing is part of the contract.

Project Description:
Description and location of Project: Relocation of existing pipe lines, lining of existing 18-inch pipe, installation of sheet pile retaining wall and electrical installation.
The project involves the complete removal of the existing HVAC system. This will include removal of the existing hot water boiler system, expansion tanks, housekeep pads, circ. pumps. Air separator and controls. In this project will include the installation of three new VRF systems, mechanical ventilation system which includes an energy recovery unit, a dedicated make up air unit, ventilation air ductwork and the installation of the refg. piping. This contractor will need to make all of the interlocks between equipment for controls.
The project scope includes asphalt paving and concrete applications in the parking areas of the Kentucky Exposition Center to establish a helipad area for a future event.
Sealed bids will be received until 3:00 PM and publicly opened and all bid prices read aloud at that hour on date specified and under following conditions:
Bids received after 3:00 PM on Reply By Date will not be opened.
On proposals amounting to $2000 or over, successful bidder may be required to execute and give performance bond for full amount, by a Surety Company authorized to do business in the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
