The project scope includes installation of a new back stop and netting for the baseball field along with a minimum amount of new fencing and dugouts.

The base bid covers replacement of components of the swimming pool recirculation system. The two main drains located in the diving well are to be replaced with two VGB compliant drains and grates. The drains shall be connected in parallel to the existing 10 inch main drain pipe under the pool floor. The project shall also include installing a new hi-rate sand filtration system complete with backwashing manifold and valve assembly. New concrete pads shall be installed beneath the support legs of the new filter system. Existing 8 foot pvc coated chain link fencing shall be modified and additional fencing installed to enclose the new filter within the mechanical area. In addition to the new filter a new 30 hp recirculating pump/motor and strainer shall also be installed. Piping shall be installed connecting the filter to the existing system and include a new flow meter.
Project Description:
The Fire Alarm System will be replaced per the 2012 National Fire Alarm and Signaling Code and NFPA72 at Outwood, Dawson Springs, Kentucky. A non-proprietary, intelligent, addressable, campus network over fiber optic cable, fire alarm system shall be provided in accordance with National Fire Alarm and Signaling Code requirements as well as the requirements of the State Fire Marshall’s Office. All programming codes shall be delivered to the Owner upon completion of the project. The system will comply with all manufacturers’ requirements and shall report compatible alarm signals to the remote central system via an externally mounted dialer. The fire alarm system will monitor any and all sprinkler system flow switches, tamper switches, and duct mounted smoke detectors as well as heat detectors and smoke detectors.

Upgrade State Data Center Readiness – This project consists of multi-phased electrical upgrades for the Commonwealth Office of Technology in Frankfort, Franklin County, Kentucky. Work primarily consists of the addition and replacement of medium voltage and low voltage electrical distribution equipment and cabling. Miscellaneous supporting HVAC and General Trades construction is also included.

1. Replace existing Gate P3 with new gate (frame and slide).
2. Replace two (2) existing 45 HP 208V dry pit sanitary pumps with new 60 HP 460V dry pit sanitary pumps.
Removal and reinstallation of existing 60 HP 208V with 60HP 460V.
3. Replace existing low voltage (208V) and medium voltage (2300V) switchgear with 480V and 4160V.

Project Description:
1. Project consists of the construction of the interior fit-up within the existing exterior shell of a pre-engineered metal building for the use of a Multi-Generation Community Center. The construction work includes, but is not limited to, interior walls, doors and frames, built-in casework, acoustical ceilings, all interior finishes, toilet partitions and accessories, electrical power, lighting, and systems, plumbing distribution and fixtures, HVAC distribution and systems, and other work as indicated
a. The interior gypsum wallboard and finishing on the exterior walls is included as part of the work of this contract
b. The interior window stools and cased openings are included as part of the work of this contract
c. The interior concrete floor slab and underground utility rough ins are part of the work of a previous contract and are NOT included as part of this contract. The interior finishes on the floor slab are included in this work.
2. The Project includes the mechanical, plumbing, electrical work required for the interior fit-up if the facility.
a. The extent of the electrical service entrance equipment, primary and secondary power supplies, rooftop equipment, ductwork, underground rough-ins and related components for these systems is partially complete and should be confirmed by the Contractor in advance of submitting bids
b. All connections, tie-ins, and related attachments and fittings required to complete these systems shall be included as part of the Work
c. Testing and inspections of the completed systems shall be included as part of the Work
3. The Project includes sitework for the construction of the parking area and other work as indicated.
a. The extent of the existing sitework, such as rough grading, utilities, storm drainage should be confirmed by the Contractor in advance of submitting bids
b. Any connections, tie-ins, and related attachments and fittings required to complete these systems shall be included as part of the Work
c. Testing and inspections of the completed systems shall be included as part of the Work
The work includes condenser water loop replacement involving two new cooling towers, three new pumps, associated piping and new structural platform for cooling towers.
The project involves the construction of a new farrier shed at the Kentucky Horse Park. The shed will be wood framed with wood truss framing in the roof. The exterior cladding will be cementious siding and the roof cladding will be metal panels.
