Louisville Water Company is requesting Bids for the rehabilitation of the following existing main utilizing cured in place pipe (CIPP): 630 +/- linear feet of 12-inch DI water, 1,570 +/- linear feet of 12-inch CLD water, 1,420 +/- linear feet of 8-inch CLD water, 1,400 +/- linear feet of 6-inch CLD water, 320 +/- linear feet of 6-inch DI water. Also included with the project is the installation of 6 +/- fire hydrants and the transfer, renewal, relocation or discontinue of 116 +/- customer services.

The new building will be a 2-story building which will contain classrooms, offices, Nursing laboratories and Center for Advanced Manufacturing laboratories. The building has been designed in compliance with the 2013 Kentucky Building Code and according to ADA Standards for Accessible Design. It will also be constructed to the standards of the Division of Engineering and Contract Administration, and Maysville Community and Technical College System. This project has been registered with the US Green Building Council and will attempt to achieve LEED Silver Certification. The building’s occupancy classification is Education per the Kentucky Building Code. The construction type for the building is 2B.
