PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
The scope of this project consists of rehabilitation and widening of the
taxiway to Runway 6-24, apron pavement reconstruction, and rehabilitation of hangar access
taxiway pavements. The work includes, but is not limited to, bituminous pavement
milling/removal, earthwork/grading, pavement widening, aggregate placement, bituminous
paving, airfield lighting and signage, pavement marking and other incidental work items.

The site is located north of State Route 7 between Carbon Glow Road and Wilder Drive. It is located to the northeast of the community of Letcher and to the southwest of the community of Jeremiah in Letcher County, KY at coordinates N 37° 9’ 42.35”, W 82° 57’ 11.08”. . The areas will be described separately.
Description and location of Project: Core existing manhole (7 feet deep, 12” boot for 6” pipe), inside drop (may have to remove and adjust steps); Lay approximately 62 LF of 6” PVC to property line; Install 2 way cleanout; 4’x22’ trench cut and patch; Standard City Repair (8” concrete, 2” surface, 1 foot cutbacks); All traffic control (coordinate with City of Jeffersontown) and permits are the responsibility of the contractor.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The Work of Project: Construction of new Student Recreation & Wellness Center and
associated site improvements. Rec Center to include gymnasiums, pool, workout spaces,
climbing wall, locker rooms, and administrative areas, and related mechanical and
electrical systems.
The work consists of: Upgrades of the existing security control system to mouse driven Graphical User Interface (GUI) computer workstations and Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) based security control system. The system will include interface with existing lighting control and analog CCTV system. The system will include new control console (millwork) and rehabilitation of existing control room countertops, new locking control system, new digital intercom/paging system and interface with the same and new lighting control relay interface. Five control workstations will be provided, three in the Corrections Psychiatric Treatment Unit (CPTU) control room, one in the Mini Oval control area and one Central Control. The work will result in a fully operational security control system including all demolition, materials, installation, testing, training and warranty as provided in the contract documents.

White Conkwright Road/Dry Fork Creek Road, Water Line Relocation, shall
consist of the following:
The relocation of approximately 610 L.F. of 4-inch PVC and ductile iron water line. The installation of approximately 950 L.F. of 4-inch PVC and ductile iron water line, with approximately 140 L.F. of 10-inch steel cover pipe, bore, and accessories.
The project consists of roof replacement on The Lodge Building with multiply roof level. Remove existing roof membrane system down to existing roof deck. Install 2-Ply SBS Modified Bituminous Membrane Roofing system over base layer insulation, and cover board insulation. Provide crickets where indicated. Provide new metal components; e.g. metal chimney caps, metal counter flashings, rake and eave metal, gutters and downspouts, plumbing vent flashings, etc.
The project is the roofing replacement of the Cell House No. 6 at the Kentucky State Penitentiary. The building has two roof levels for replacement, Upper Roof Level A of 11,035 square feet and Lower Roof Level B of 10,675 square feet, totaling to 21,710 square feet. Work shall include the full removal of existing gravel surfaced, built-up roofing membrane and insulation to level of roof substrate. The Upper Roof Level A is decked with steel roof decking. The Lower Roof Level B is a poured in place concrete slab. Replacement roofing shall be two-ply granulated modified bitumen membrane over rigid roof insulation. Project work also includes a buildout of the Lower Roof Level B eave and the removal and replacement of existing gutters and downspouts.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The scope of work included in this project can be described as follows:
Construction of a wastewater pump station which includes two (2) submersible pumps rated at 3400 gpm each,
10’ diameter wetwell, 7’ x 10’ valve vault, refurbished and relocated generator (from existing Pump Station #2)
with automatic transfer switch, service rack with shelter for control and SCADA panels, electrical equipment,
access road paving, fencing, miscellaneous site work, demolition of existing station and other appurtenances as
required for a complete installation.
Two (2) additional submersible pumps shall be purchased and delivered to the Clarksville Wastewater Treatment Plant.
Pipework includes approximately 2790 LF of 16-inch PVC DR21force main to include any necessary fittings, approximately 86 LF of 18-inch PVC PS 46 gravity sewer, one (1) 4-ft manhole, two (2) 5-ft manholes, removal
of existing manholes and pipe, as necessary, plugging existing pipes, safeloading the section of abandoned 14-
inch force main under Browns Station Way, and site work to include pavement replacement and other restoration as required.
The project consists of complete tear-off of existing smooth surface built-up roof and installation of new SBS Modified Bituminous Membrane Roof System including tapered insulation. The work also includes partial demolition of existing masonry parapet walls.
The project is an addition to the existing Range Operations Center at the Wendell H. Ford Regional Training Center in Greenville, KY. The addition is 3,804 square feet in size. The structural system consists of poured in place concrete shallow foundations and stem walls and concrete slab on grade. Exterior walls are insulated concrete forms with cast in place concrete. Exterior wall finishes are a combination of pre-finished metal panels and anchored stone veneer. Roof structure is cold formed metal framing and trusses with steel deck, roof will be pre-finished metal roof panels over rigid insulation board with a nailable surface. Interior layout consists of a large reception/customer service area, offices, meeting room, break room, storage, mechanical and toilets. Interior partitions will be light gauge steel framing with gypsum board surfaces and sound batt insulation. Floor finish will be sealed, colored concrete. Doors and frames will be hollow metal, windows are aluminum and ceilings are suspended acoustic panels. There will be minor demolition and patching of the existing facility walls to provide connections to the addition. Site work consists of grading, storm water structures and pipe, sidewalks and a flagpole. Water service shall connect to existing main at street, sanitary will gravity flow to existing sanitary main adjacent to building, and natural gas piping will be extended from existing natural gas utility meter. The building will utilize natural gas for heat. HVAC for will consist of furnaces and condensing units, and ceiling cassettes with outdoor condensing unit. Electrical work includes modifications to existing 208V/3 phase service and a new 208V/120V panel for the power distribution system. Interior and Exterior lighting will be LED. Communications systems will include telephone and data wiring and devices. A natural gas generator will be an alternate bid item.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The
project consists of the installation of approximately 2,720 lineal feet of 24-inch diameter gravity sewer
ranging in depth from ten (10) to twenty-four (24) feet, full depth road reconstruction, replacement of
curb, sidewalk and curb ramps, site restoration and appurtenant work.
The proposed work consists of the restoration and enhancement, using Natural Channel Design techniques, of approximately 23,638 linear feet of existing stream including a portion of Minors Creek and 16 of its unnamed tributaries (Tributaries 1, 2, 2.5, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 7a, 7b, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, and 12a). Tasks to be performed in order to achieve project goals include reshaping of existing channels; re-establishment of new channels with stable dimensions; construction of in-stream structures; preparation of soil for seeding; native planting and seeding; installation of erosion control fabric and mulch; and harvesting, transporting, installing, and maintaining live stake and vegetative materials. Minors Creek at its tributaries are first through third order streams with ephemeral, intermittent, and perennial flow regimes. The restoration project involves re-establishment of approximately 11,514 ft of channel, rehabilitation of 8,475 ft, enhancement of 1,380 ft, and riparian habitat enhancement along approximately 2,269 ft of stream. Restoration will include in-stream structures such as woody debris toe protection, log and rock steps, log vane/rootwad combinations, log j-hooks, and constructed riffles as well as vegetation of the stream banks and establishment of a forested riparian corridor along the stream.

The Division of Abandoned Mine Lands wishes to receive bids to perform reclamation work on approximately 18 acres of mine land in Pike County, Kentucky. The work will consist of earthwork, gradework, and revegetation of 1 bond forfeiture permit.

The project consists of the replacement of Runway 4-22 Edge Lighting Cable &
Transformers. The work will occur in an active airfield environment and may be required
to be performed at night.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
The project consists of the construction of new seat walls, recognition wall, and additional landscaping within the existing plaza at the corner of South Limestone and Administration Drive. The walls are to be masonry construction over top of the existing concrete curbs.
Limited demolition of the existing concrete curb and the removal of the existing planter
landscaping will be included within this project. Top soil infill is to be provided within the
planters to support the installation of new plant material.
The Capitol Annex balustrade limestone piers, railings, and balusters will be repaired as required. They will be cleaned and a sealer will be applied to some surfaces. Existing backer rods and sealant will be removed from all balustrade joints, and joints between limestone stair walls and granite wall panels and replaced with new backer rod and sealant. Granite terrace wall facades will be cleaned.

The conversion of an existing 2 car garage into restroom facilities including all
fixtures and improvements as outlined on the plans. Improvements include, but are not limited to: 2,400 linear
feet of 2.5 inch sanitary force main pipe, 1 sanitary manhole, 1 combination air release valve, 412 linear feet of (3-4 inch) PVC conduits, non-paved restoration, transformer pad, sanitary package pump station and doors, restroom fixtures and improvements.
PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The scope of work consists of the installation of approximately 5,900 LF of 1 1/2″, 4,600 LF of 2″, 1,300 LF of 3″, 1,300 LF of 4″, and 12,500 LF of 6″ HDPE DR II Force Main lines. The project will also include the
installation of 80 Residential Grinder Stations, 3 Duplex Grinder Stations, the Emma Duplex Lift Station and a
Force Main Control Valve System at Allen. Ky. The Contractor shall furnish all materials. equipment and labor
necessary to complete the installation of force main sewer lines and appurtenances. Time of completion for
PCUC KY 1428 West and Stonecrest Sanitary Sewer Extension Project is 365 calendar days. Liquidated
damages will be assessed at $1.000 per calendar day.
This project is funded by the Kentucky Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (SR.F) with federal funds
provided by the Environmental Protection Agency. SRF requirements (including American Iron and Steel and
Davis-Bacon Wage Rates) and provisions must be met by the Bidder and all subcontractors. Small and Disadvantaged Business Enterprises are encouraged to bid on this project.
This project will be to replace existing packaged-RTU-HVAC units at BRJDC. Remove existing RTU’s and install new rtu packaged units, as indicated in the design drawings. New programmable thermosats for all new and existing RTU’s @ BRDC See drawings for addffional information. No addffional square footage is planned. No walls are being removed or relocated. Electrical & plumbing will include reconnection of existing gas & electrical to new RTU’s or install new as indicated in the design drawings. Care shall be taken to not damage any roof material. This building is under high security at all times. Contractors working in these buildings must adhere to special condffions described in the specifications. Residents will not be present in building during the work period. All materials shall be delivered prior to start of work to reduce owner’s time for relocation of residents.
