The work to be bid consists of:
Approximately 6,000 LF of 6” SDR 17 PVC waterline along KY RT 28 West of Buckhorn and interconnecting
with the existing 6” Buckhorn line near the intersection of KY RT 28 and KY RT 2022. All disturbance shall be
returned to the original condition. The bid will also include approximately 600 LF of 6” DR 9 HDPE HDD Line
replacement to the existing 6” waterline running parallel to KY RT 1833 Northwest of the Buckhorn Lake State
Resort Lodge in Perry County, Kentucky. The Contractor shall furnish all materials, equipment and labor
necessary to complete the construction of the waterlines, appurtenances and reclamation. Time of completion
for this contract is 60 calendar days.
