20’w X 16’h HI SPEED ROLL UP DOORS. ELECTRICAL WILL BE WITHIN 15 LF OF DOOR
OPENINGS TO TIE INTO BY THIS CONTRACT.
Louisville Water Company is requesting Bids for the furnish and install 890+/- LF of 8′ chain link fencing per project specifications
and as shown on the project plans. All of the above made ready for use in accordance and compliance with the Contract Documents.
All materials to be supplied by the Contractor.

THIS PROJECT RENOVATES A PORTION OF THE ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY MANAGEMENT
BUILDING. AT THE EAST END OF THE EXISTING BUILDING, A NEW ADDITION WILL BE
CONSTRUCTED. WITHIN THE EXISTING OFFICE AREA, TWO NEW OFFICES WILL BE CONSTRUCTED.
THE NEW AND RENOVATED SPACES WILL RECEIVE NEW LIGHTING, NEW CEILINGS, NEW WALLS &
FLOORING, NEW PAINT, NEW ELECTRICAL POWER & DATA, AND NEW HVAC SYSTEMS. FIRE ALARM
A/V DEVICES WILL ALSO BE INSTALLED AND UPGRADED WHERE APPLICABLE.
ADD ALTERNATE 1: ADDITION OF DOOR INTO THE CONFERENCE ROOM.
Building will be and approximately 9,960 square foot conventional
steel/masonry structure for a new facility for Meade County EMS and Coroner. The building
will include a 2-story portion for EMS offices and staff as well as vehicle bays for use by
EMS and the coroner’s office

The Department of Criminal Justice Funderburk window replacement. Exterior scope shall include the replacement 2 7/16 window unit system, replacement of storefront and entries, re-glazing and re-gasketing of existing Curtain wall system. Joint Sealant replacement for Pre-cast, Brick Masonry, and Curtain wall system. Pressure washing and cleaning of Brick Masonry and pre-cast concrete. Spot brick masonry repair and replacement. Exterior Painting of concrete surfaces, exterior hollow metal doors, overhead doors, and door frames. Interior work to include: replacement of interior window sills with solid surface, installation of new manual and automatic window roller shades. Spot ACT ceiling re-work, painting and drywall repair.
The work includes removal and replacement of all existing flashings and wet roofing membrane/insulation systems over Funderburk Building roof area and a portion of roofing referred to as the Schwendeman Connector. Roof areas where insulation is dry are specified to receive 2 new plies of SBS modified bitumen. The total roof area is approximately 24,800 square feet. Upon completion of the work, a 20-year No-Dollar-Limit warranty shall be furnished by the roofing manufacturer and an unconditional 2-year warranty shall be provided by the roofing contractor. In selected roof areas, all existing roofing and insulation will be removed to the structural concrete or metal roof deck and replaced. The buildings are located on Kit Carson Drive on the campus of Eastern Kentucky University. Funderburk is a Department of Criminal Justice Training classroom building. Owner operations will continue during the roofing work.Approximately 100 lineal feet of masonry thru-wall flashing will be installed around the perimeter of the Schwendeman Connector roof perimeter where brick veneer walls extend 15, or more feet above the roof line. Two new roof ladders are included in the scope of work. This work shall be coordinated with other construction projects at the Funderburk building including renovation of the Criminology Classroom on the third floor. Roof curbs associated with a new exhaust fan and a make-up air unit for the Criminology Classroom will be furnished to the roofer for installation under the scope of work for this project.
This project entails upgrades to the building’s HVAC systems with two new dual fuel split systems and replacing all ductwork. Replacement of the existing service entrance power panel is also included.

concrete pavement and site lighting. New buildings include a concessions / restrooms facility, pre-engineered
bleachers with press box and dugouts.
Project includes replacement of the Bleachers in Langan Gym and associated demolition and electrical work. Work also includes demolition and replacement of existing electrical panels.

The Project will be comprised of multiple areas (residential, commercial, parks, and industrial) within the combined sewer system and the general scope will include, but is not limited to, the cleaning, inspection, assessment and rehabilitation of sewers and associated access structures built between 1866 and 1946 and of RCP, VCP and brick construction. The sewers include up to 2,520 LF with diameters between 15- and 36-inches and up to 37,850 LF with diameters between 48- and 141-inches and consist of circular and arch shapes. MSD estimates the design and construction of this multi-year Project to be approximately $30 to $40 million.

THIS PROJECT IS THE RENOVATION OF EXISTING LAB 446. MODULAR CLEAN ROOMS WILL BE REMOVED. THE NEW LAB WILL RECEIVE NEW BIO-SAFETY CABINETS, FUME HOOD,
CASEWORK, FLOORING, CEILING, LIGHTING, UPDATED HVAC AND UPGRADED POWER.
The work for the total project will consist of the complete demolition and
disposal of an existing Shopping Center (Old Allais or Maloney’s Shopping Center).
The Hazelwood Center is an extended intermediate care facility. The purpose of the project is to remedy existing heating, cooling, humidity, and air quality issues in the building. The scope of the project includes replacing existing steam boilers remotely located in an adjacent building with hot water boilers located in a new mechanical room in the basement. Existing domestic water heat exchangers, DX cooling and steam heating units serving the building, Steam PTAC units, and kitchen cooking equipment fed from steam will be removed and replaced.
The Kentucky Department of Fish and Wildlife Resources proposes to renovate the existing Bear Enclosure located at the Salato Center in Frankfort, Kentucky. The work will include the demolition of chain link fencing on the interior of the existing Bear Enclosure, installation of new vertical guillotine transfer doors to replace existing doors, new vertical guillotine transfer doors installed in existing block walls and in new fencing, installation of new chain link fencing in the interior of the existing Bear Enclosure building and the exterior pens and installation of new fencing around the staff area of the Bear Enclosure area. An ADD ALTERNATE is included for the demolition of the existing Bear Pond and construction of a new Bear Pond that includes a complete pump system.

The project scope includes partial renovation and new addition to the existing Hindman Elementary
School located in Hindman, KY. The addition is approximately 9,500 sq. ft. and consists of a gymnasium,
classrooms, and group restroom and support spaces. The renovated areas include the existing kitchen
and adjacent classroom and existing classroom into a new Family Resource Area. Construction
assemblies consist of load bearing masonry walls, with face brick and metal panel veneer, TPO roofing,
aluminum storefront assemblies. MEP systems include package roof top units and tying into existing
systems. Site work includes grading and exterior retaining walls.
The project includes removing the existing asphalt shingle roofing and replacing with new underlayment and asphalt shingle roofing. Repairs include replacement of substrates where damage has occurred and indicated on the drawings. New roof to include roof accessories where indicated (i.e. new copper gutters and downspouts on the front elevations of the Lodge wings A, B, C, and D), new roof flashings, copings, and insulation added in the attic spaces where indicated on the drawings. The total square footage of asphalt shingle roof is 33,270 sq. ft. The buildings to receive new asphalt shingle roofing consist of the Convention Center, Pool House, Lodge Wings B, C, D, and E, and the Pumpkin Creek Lodge.
