The project is located in Eastern Jefferson County off of Ash Avenue and along Floyds Fork Creek. All work shall be done in accordance to MSD’s Standard Specifications.

The rehabilitation of the East End Pump Station, including removing and replacing the existing pumps and internal piping, replacing the control panel, and the addition of a new onsite generator. The Project also includes rehabilitation of
structures across the collection system. Approximately 5,900 linear feet of sewer line is to be CCTV, over 30 manholes shall be repaired or replaced, and several manholes
are to be located and inspected to determine a rehabilitation plan.
Work of the Project includes removal and replacement of the HVAC condenser water cooling tower located on the roof of the Kentucky Career Center in Metro Louisville, Jefferson County, Kentucky. Demolition of existing cooling tower and related equipment. Rigging of equipment on and off of third floor roof. Protection of roof surface. Modifications, cleaning and painting of existing structural steel supports. Furnish and install cooling tower with field installed accessories. Modifications of piping connected to cooling tower above roof. Incidental electrical wiring of HVAC equipment. Alterations and additions to existing DDC automation system (included as an allowance). Coordination with Water Test and Balance performed under separate contract.
The project consists of roof replacement of Low Sloped Roofs.
1. Remove existing shingle roof system down to existing roof deck. Install new 50-year laminate Shingle Roofing system over underlayment, vented nail base insulation to be installed at Conference Center.
2. Painting: Clean, prepare and re-paint louvers, siding and trim as indicated.

This is for two Head Start buildings in Springfield and Lebanon. Contractors will be able to bid on one or both buildings (the sites are 15 minutes apart).
Project consists of the upfit of two (2) existing Mezzanine Level shell spaces, off the North Wing Lobby, to meeting rooms. The work includes, but not limited to metal stud framing, gypsum wall board, suspended acoustical ceilings, finishes and wall protection. Additionally, new male and female toilet rooms will be constructed within the existing Mezzanine Level shell space. Each toilet room with have one (1) accessible toilet compartment, as well as one (1) additional fixture, lavatory counters, ceramic tile, hose bibbs, and floor drains.
The demolition package consists of demolition of the Kirwan Blanding Complex, 11 buildings,
associated site work and utilities. New work includes earthwork, grading, and new lawns.

The work includes the utility improvements and minimal interior renovation of an existing office building totaling 198,352 square feet. The building’s square footage is spread over four floors, plus a basement and mechanical mezzanines The scope of work for this construction project includes but is not limited to: selective building demolition, upgrades to site and building utilities, site improvements, isolated
improvements to existing mechanical systems, existing electrical systems, fire protection, fire alarm systems, interior finishes (walls, ceilings, floors, base), and door hardware. The work effort will be executed in one principal phase beginning on or around February 20, 2020 and ending on November 21, 2020 (for Final Completion). The building will not be occupied during construction work. However, the contractor shall be required to coordinate a small amount of work that the previous owner will be doing at the same time as this project and to coordinate the contract work with daily site and neighboring activities, as well as the FCPS activities such as Owner move-in.
