Louisville Water Company is requesting Bids for Limits of the referenced project include sections of eight (8) neighborhood streets
located in eastern Jefferson County in the Tucker Station Road area; Brookgreen Drive, Echo Bridge Road, Marengo Drive, Live Oak
Drive, Farmbrook Drive, Rockbridge Road, Creekvalley Road, and Edenwood Drive. The referenced project consists of the supply
and install a total of 6,655 LF of water main, including supply and install of 5,540+/- linear feet of 6-inch DR-18 C900 PVC, 565+/-
linear feet of 8-inch DR-18 C900 PVC, 370+/- linear feet of 6-inch Pressure Class 350 ductile iron water main, and 180+/- linear feet
of 8-inch Pressure Class 350 ductile iron water main, using traditional trench installation techniques. Also included with the project is
the supply and installation of 9 fire hydrants, and the supply and transfer, renewal, relocation, or discontinue of 123+/- customer
services. Fire hydrant removal, main cut and plugs, and restoration on and along Project Limits as stated above shall be included.
Contractor shall supply and install all materials required for the completion of this project.

Bids will only be accepted from Bidders who have been pre-qualified by the Company in the pre-qualification category or categories
that apply to this Bid. This Bid requires prequalification in all of the following categories: 4” – 16” Ductile Iron Water Mains, 4” –
16” PVC Water Mains, and 1” & Smaller Water Services, with a minimum prequalification limit of $1,000,000. The Bidder may
submit a bid that exceeds the amount of the Bidder’s monetary pre-qualification limit set by the Company. For information about prequalification,
contact the Buyer listed above.

Award of the Contract will be based on base bid pricing and is at the Company’s sole discretion. Alternate bid(s) may or may not be
awarded. The Company will award the Contract to the Bidder presenting a Bid that is responsive to the Specifications, is in
substantial compliance with the Contract requirements, and presents the lowest and best price for performing the Work making up the
base bid. The Company may accept the Bid that the Company determines is in the Company’s best interest, which may not necessarily
be the least expensive Bid.

The referenced project consists of the supply and install of a total of 6,860 LF of water main, including supply and install of 25+/- linear feet of four (4)-inch DR-18 C900 PVC, 2,460+/- linear feet of six (6)-inch DR-18 C900 PVC, 565+/- linear feet of eight (8)-inch DR-18 C900 PVC, 1,640+/- linear feet of six (6)-inch Pressure Class 350 ductile iron water main, and 2,170+/- linear feet of eight (8)-inch Pressure Class 350 ductile iron water main, using traditional trench installation techniques. Also included with
the project is the supply and installation of eight (8) fire hydrants, and the supply and transfer, renewal, relocation, or discontinue of 87+/- customer services. supply and install a total of 5,780 LF of water main, including supply and install of 450+/- linear feet of 4-inch DR-18 C900 PVC,
2,725+/- linear feet of 6-inch DR-18 C900 PVC, 570+/- linear feet of 8-inch PVC, 1,230+/- linear feet of 6-inch Pressure Class 350
